Update to my original review:

I have now been training at HBBFit for 2 years and this experience has been life changing. Prior to starting here, I would work out for a few weeks or months, stop, then start that cycle over and over - but no more! I’m currently in the best shape of my life. Thanks to the coaches, I now look forward to my workouts. As soon as you walk through the door, you’re greeted with smiles and overall positivity, along with a set plan to guide you through the day’s workout. This is beneficial whether you’re a beginner or even a seasoned gym goer.

I still recommend every one of any age or skill level to give HBBFit a try!

Great atmosphere with even better coaches!! I’ve been a client for the last two years, and I’ve seen big differences in my physique, endurance, and overall physical health. You may think 30 minutes for a training session isn’t enough time to get everything in that you need to, but trust me: IT IS! I wanted to go back into the gym and improve my fitness journey. Going to the bigger gyms like planet and crunch can be a little intimidating especially if you don’t know what you are doing. That’s why I came to HBBF. It felt personal and welcoming. The coaches there care and are amazing at what they do. I recommend to anyone who is open to it and looking for a gym! A little over a year ago, I walked through the doors of Healthy Balance Body Fitness for the first time. The first session literally took my breath away. My heart was beating so fast that I really thought something was wrong. Coach Sandely very calmly told me that my lungs and heart are just doing what they’re supposed to and that I would be ok. He calmly walked off, leaving me on that stair master to finish those 5 minutes. My goals were to increase mobility, balance, and strength to help manage some of the conditions that I live with, which I felt were limiting my quality of life.

Through tailored and guided workouts, I discovered how movement could empower me rather than limit me. In the tough and hard moments, when I doubted myself, the amazing encouragement from the coaching staff motivated me to keep pushing forward to complete each session. With every rep, every step, and every drop of sweat, Coach Sandely reminded me of what I’m capable of. Each exercise became a celebration of what my body could achieve rather than a focus on the challenges. Coach Sandely (I call him "Boss" ☺️ ) doesn’t accept any excuses, and I learned quickly how “I can’t” turned into “I can” under his coaching and leadership.

Beyond the physical, little did I know, the studio would become so much more than a place to work out— Healthy Balance Body Fitness became my emotional refuge. Today, I’m stronger, more confident, and deeply grateful for this personal training studio. Thank you for being part of my

HBBFit has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Their customer service is amazing – the whole team has great energy/chemistry, very friendly, knowledgeable and skillfull. They work well together and are able to build relationships with all the clients of the gym.

My PT is Leesha and she makes my sessions worth my time and my money. Working with Leesha has been great. Strength training is especially important for women as we age and with her guidance and one-on-one support, I am gaining more strength, flexibility and have lost several inches all over.

I never thought that I’d go through with personal training just because of the stories I’ve heard. From the first time I spoke to Sandeley I knew this was something he was passionate about. He genuinely cares, is understanding, will discuss goals with you, as well as push you and hold you accountable. Training sessions are great and they go by very fast; every day is not easy, but the work you put into it will pay off! I appreciate that he is very funny and will joke with you awhile actually being serious with training - maintaining professionalism throughout the session(s).
