Honestly did not expect to enjoy the heat when I signed up for a trial class, but I love it. The workouts are challenging, but not exhausting, and I love that the training videos take the mental weight off of planning your own sessions. The gym is cute and clean, the staff have been extremely friendly, and compared to similar small gyms with classes in the area, the price is great. The only reason I give four instead of five stars is because there is not a locker room, just two bathrooms, only one of which has a shower. Granted, this is a small facility so that is completely understandable. Overall though, I cannot recommend this place enough.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can tell the owner or whoever is comment back on these reviews does not care, please read through these as they are very comical, why are you arguing with people in your reviews? And to go as far to say I haven't been in is wild. WHY DO YOU NOT ENFORCE SCHEDULING CLASSES!! So many people do not schedule for a class, so many times I'd go to try and get a quick workout but there is other people in there to the point where I can't fit yet in the app it shows the sauna should be EMPTY. This location is by far the worst HOTWORX I’ve been to. The “must wear a shirt” rule is never enforced, the bathrooms are filthy and constantly out of supplies, and there’s not even basic things like air fresheners to make it more bearable. The staff is unhelpful, and management clearly doesn’t care — it feels like they bought the gym and just left it to run itself. On top of that, they will call you nonstop to the point you’ll feel like you need to block the number. There’s a newer HOTWORX in Mobile that is much cleaner and better maintained in every way. Personally, I’d avoid this one at all costs.

We had a terrible experience canceling the membership. We could not cancel over the phone. We tried to cancel by internet multiple times but said unavailable. We came in person but had to come back when the manager was there. Came back during managers hours and she wasn’t there. My wife finally gets the online cancellation to seemingly work, so we forget about it and move on. her app no longer works. She still had more time until the subscription ended so she went to exercise one evening but her code no longer worked to enter the facility. we are continued to be billed months later. We send a message on the contact us link online and no response (check your records again). A month later I tried again on the contact us link and finally someone answers. They say “You will need to pay 2 more months if you want to cancel” This has been going on for nearly 6 months. Poor customer support.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to cancel a membership.
My daughter transferred to another college and went to the club in person to cancel her membership back in April 2024. They tell us they can see where my daughter came in to request cancellation but she did not fill out the proper paperwork. How does pneumonia know what is required to cancel of the person working at the time does not direct them to the correct process. Despite this, we’re still being charged. The club refuses to process the cancellation unless someone physically returns again—during their limited and poorly staffed hours. This is a clear example of terrible management and customer service.

We’re now forced to open yet another dispute with Amex just to stop the charges. Avoid this place at all costs. The experience has been so bad, I’m now considering canceling both my own and my wife’s memberships at our local HotWorx

The best decision I have ever made is joining this gym. I feel amazing and see results quickly. Hotworx has gave me the motivation to get my body in shape and all the varieties of workout to choose from you’ll never get board and you’ll have something for every part of your body… I will recommend this place to everyone I know x10!! I am in my first ninety days at hotworx and I have notice such a difference in myself already. My body aches less, I sleep better, the workouts give you a good challenge! I love that there are so many classes to try and build a routine from. The saunas are easy to figure out and adjust, the free weight area is always so clean, and they offer just about anything and everything to set you up for success. the staff is super friendly and helpful as well! It’s been such an amazing experience.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Meghan. She was warm, engaging and very knowledgeable about the benefits of HotWorx. She thoroughly explained different class offerings, provided an in-depth tour of the facility and even gave me a brief history about the origins of hot fitness. Very impressive. I completed a free initial Hot Pilates class that 105.7% kicked my butt, core and other small muscle groups I wasn’t aware existed! I cannot remember the last time I sweated so much. It was fantastic! I left feeling welcomed and educated and my body felt energized and cleansed. Thank you again for a wonderful experience, Meghan. You are AWESOME!

Love the flexibility of the rotating schedule and 3 day booking. App is easy to use and understand. Modifications are offered in the video and anything can be modified further! Started Hotworx at the beginning of my fitness/weightloss journey and would recommend to anyone at any fitness level!

8/26/24. I just ❤️ ❤️ Hotworx. This is definitely 💯 my new way of exercising. Combined with the heat🔥 and infrared energy, this 3D training has been great for me personally - physically and mentally. Overall, it has been very invigorating and stimulating. My coworker suggested this place, so my friend and I tried it out.

We had never tried hot yoga or anything similar before, but Sam and Sierra were SO personable and professional that we were immediately put at ease. It's really intimidating to be so out of shape and walk into a new gym, so it's very refreshing to be welcomed so warmly.

The facility is extremely clean, the staff members were super knowledgeable, and overall, it was just a great experience. Would highly recommend!

I love how the 125deg infrared heat in the saunas feels SO MUCH BETTER than the muggy 100deg heat outside. Good classes, good gym area in the back with machines and weights, all around great place!

I’m a little over 2 years post op total spine reconstruction and haven’t been able to tolerate any physical exercise. Since joining Hotworx I’ve been able to do quite a few of the classes and modify at my own pace. The heat in the sauna helps relax my muscles. After surgery I gained a lot of weight, but I’m happy to say Hotworx has helped me lose 5lbs in one week! I would highly recommend Hotworx to anyone. There’s a workout there for anyone!

Thankful for my experience at hotworx. This is the first time I’ve enjoyed a gym experience & the most active I’ve been in my life. I can definitely tell a difference in my body when I’m not going consistently. I immediately saw a difference in my cellulite from sweating everything out in the sauna. Absolutely amazing! Not only are the team members always welcoming and helpful creating an enviroment we love to be in but the facility itself is always clean and the virtual classes are just what we need wether it be a good stretch, a nice little burn 😉, or if we have to cut weight for weigh ins.
