Will not bash staff or management they are like any other business they will try to keep your business as long as possible but canceling the membership is a nightmare and puts a bad taste in my mouth and I can not recommend others when there is many cons !

I just joined Hotworx a couple of months ago and was really loving it. I just found out I am pregnant with my 2nd so I let them know and they gave me the option to freeze my membership until I'm ready to come back. I was so grateful for this option, especially since I haven't been a customer for very long. Today is what really put the customer service over the top and why I will continue to be a customer. I received a package in the mail from Hotworx West Mobile location with a Hotworx onesie and a handwritten letter congratulating me on my pregnancy. I was so touched by this level of care it nearly put me in tears. Thank you so much for this beautiful gift!

From the very first time I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed, supported, and so motivated. The staff here are absolutely incredible!!!!! Genuinely kind, always uplifting, and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. Whether it’s helping you get started, giving workout tips, or just offering a friendly smile, they truly make the experience special.

And the owners? WOW. You can truly tell they care. You feel it in the way they keep everything spotless and running smoothly, in how involved they are, and in how they treat every member like part of their HOTWORX family. It’s rare to find owners so present and passionate, and it makes such a difference in the energy of the whole place!!!!!

The workouts themselves are amazing, super effective, totally addictive, and the infrared heat is a total game changer. I leave every session feeling stronger, healthier, and happier.

HotWorx has all the benefits of working out intensified by the amazing infrared saunas! It helps your skin, nails, and even causes you to be less sore the day after!

If you are thinking about it, go try out a session and I know you will fall in love with it! Not to mention, the atmosphere and staff/owners are such wonderful people!

I came in as a guest to try a class. Toward the end, since the class was basically over, I stepped out briefly to grab water and use the restroom. While I was outside, I overheard a staff member say something like, “she doesn’t need to come back.”
That comment felt unprofessional and unnecessary especially since I was just listening to my body. People who are paying to be there deserve respect, and comments like that make guests feel unwelcome.I was genuinely considering getting a membership, but that attitude made me feel judged and unwelcome. I hope future guests are treated with more understanding.

I absolutely love West Mobile Hotworx! I could not recommend it enough to my friends. Not only are the classes fun but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Not only is Mrs. Shari and her team very friendly but I feel like they have become key roles in my Hotworx friendships/ community!
