Sauna workouts that are Instructor led on TVs in the sauna. Schedule on the app for anytime because they're open 24 hours. Heat up ur room (I prefer 125 degrees), turn up the volume and work it all out. HIIT training is 15 minutes. ISO workouts are 45 minutes. I try to vary my workouts but get 3 sessions in a day pretty much everyday. Best gym in town. Infrared heat and Yoga, Pilates, Hit buns, cycle, row and so much more. The place is always super clean. I love it here!

A True Gem in Montgomery!

I can’t say enough about how incredible HOTWORX Montgomery is — especially because of Claudia Parker, the amazing manager who went above and beyond in every sense of the word.

I’m a new client who found myself in town on Easter Sunday, in need of some serious body work and mental restoration. Not only did Claudia personally come in on a holiday to welcome me, but she gave me what truly felt like VIP treatment. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness created the most healing environment I’ve experienced in a long time.

Thanks to a two-hour hot yoga session in HOTWORX’s professional-grade facility, I was able to tend to some long-neglected injuries and walk out feeling rejuvenated, realigned, and genuinely restored. The equipment is pristine, the ambiance is welcoming, and the entire experience was elevated by Claudia’s dedication.

Montgomery is lucky to have a place like this, and even luckier to have someone like Claudia leading the charge. Thank you for making Easter feel like a blessing in more ways than one!

It was a nice facility and good friendly staff. How ever like all other places in Montgomery , they have hidden ways of charging customers. I informed in November, last month of membership. Now they told me that I should have informed two months In advance for cancellation take effect. I paid for extra tow months.

Continuously tried to cancel my membership here because I moved 2,000 miles away to a different state. I tried to call multiple times and I would get sent straight to voicemail or someone would answer, remain silent and hang
up. Now, I have multiple charges building up due to poor customer service. When someone is unable to come in person, I’m sure those damn phones are there for a reason.

The customer service at this location is poor. I was told my membership was canceled and I would not be further charged. I was charged and when I called about a refund I was told it was processed. It has been 30 days and it was not processed. I left multiple voicemails and even spoke to a person who said they would call me back that day and they did not.

I canceled my membership MONTHS ago and am still getting charged full price from this establishment, after they even stated that I will receive a refund. It is also such a hassle to get in contact with them to solve the issue.

Also, I was definitely racially profiled, which is why I canceled my membership. I was casually speaking with the manager about nothing that even pertained to race, and she from out of nowhere spoke about how she has African American friends and gushed about how we’re “so well behaved.”

This is by FAR my favorite gym membership! Everything is automated, so I can schedule classes through my phone, and show up literally 24-7 whenever I have gaps in my already busy schedule. HOTWORX has changed my life in terms of weight loss goals and mental sharpness. No lie I am racially profiled at this location! Everytime I leave the restroom or a workout area they run and clean it. I notice a negative vibe while there and today heard the gm say negative things about filth while there. The exercise rooms also are NEVER properly set to optimal temperature.

No More Sinus Infection:
I’ve always suffered from sinus infections; so much so that I had sinus surgery 10 years ago (which still didn’t make much of a difference). Every since I started going to Hotworx, I stopped having sinus infections.

My Blood Pressure is Almost Normal:
The infrared sauna has not only stopped me from having sinus infections, but I also noticed it’s lower my blood pressure. My BP has come down to 121/81….with no exercise & no change in my diet. All I do is sit in the infrared sauna for 30 - 45 mins, 3x a week!

I was never one for going somewhere to workout, I enjoyed doing it in the privacy of my own home. However, HOTWORX has totally changed my perspective on this! The staff is always friendly, never judgmental, and ALWAYS willing to help or accommodate. The facilities give you just enough privacy, and are totally spotless. I feel so comfortable every time I am there! Not to mention very safe, the security is top notch so you never have to worry about anything happening to you or your belongings. 10/10 would recommend for anyone, they have classes for any athletic level. Hotworx is by FAR the best workout experience I’ve EVER had! I’ve had 3 hip surgeries in the past 4 years, and haven’t found a place where I could work out and actually feel BETTER after! It’s like the infrared sauna has healing qualities!! A former runner, I had been searching for a workout that I could make “intense” with minimal body impact. THIS IS IT! I haven’t been there yet but it looks amazing oh my god my dreams come true and open 24 hours. I absolutely adore saunas .The ones where it’s just me or me and my husband and I don’t have to worry about anybody flicking sweat at me .
