My daughter's really been enjoying Icon Athletics. We've noticed a real boost in her confidence, and she's definitely getting more physically fit. Madelyn and Raelynne are great with the kids, and they do a fantastic job of building teamwork. We're very happy with the experience.

This is my daughter 8th year cheering and 3rd year here at ICON and we can't be happier with our decision. The staff are wonderful you respect them they respect you back. They push the kids to be the best because they are the best which I love. They are really sweet and companionate and helpful inside the gym and outside. ICON is not just a gym, but they have created their own family, and they are very opened to embracing others into this family. I could go on and on but if you are thinking of joining this family, I promise you will not regret it.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! I am happy that my daughter has found a place that not only she loves, but pushes her to be better every practice. Being a mom that doesn’t believe in every person should get a trophy….. I am thankful for the growth Icon has provided for my child. If you’re looking for a gym that the coaches push you to be better, then Icon is the place!

Let's start with the only negative I can think of first. They have so many kids training here that none of the staff has time for any real 1 on 1 education. They do their best but if your kid needs any kind of specialized help, you're going to need to hire special services for that.

Now on to the pros, and there are a lot of them. It is clean. Despite the hundreds and hundreds of kids running around and all the parents there, they do a good job of keeping the gym clean and safe. That is very important in this environment due to the risk of staph infections.

Despite the lack of 1 on 1 attention, the staff tries very hard and they have done a good job helping my daughter gain self confidence and I'm watching her skills grow. My kid isn't naturally athletic and she didn't start gymnastics until 9 yo, so I don't have unreasonable expectations. Yet, she is still doing some very cool things in a short period of time.

Then there are the awards! I don't think they have enough wall space in their gigantic gym to display them all. Their competition wins tells you all you need to know. Until you watch the competition teams train. OH MUH GOODNESS! Those kids are amazing and it is because of the hard work the competitors put in and the outstand job the staff does.

Whether your child is serious about this type of cheerleading/gymnastics or just doing it for fun, you can't find a better place.

My 7-year-old daughter joined Icon’s All-Star team this year and we’ve LOVED it so far! It’s the perfect combination of professional and laid-back ;) As a new “cheer mom”, I feel completely welcomed and love the atmosphere.

There are multiple teams designated by age and skill. Each team practices twice a week. For us, we practice Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:40-7:40. My daughter is on Starburst (which is the “Tiny” team; the group above “Mini”). Sarah and Thomas are the coaches for their team. I’ve been really impressed with their coaching skills. They use every minute to their advantage. They are expected to be fully committed and practice to their fullest ability. They do a great job enforcing discipline and conditioning.

Also, the team has become great friends. Aside from that, everyone on the younger teams gets paired with someone on an older team… so my girl has a “big sister”. So fun!

Outside of practice, my daughter has been doing private lessons with Hunter Jones (one of the owners and Tina’s son) and he is a rockstar. She went from learning her backbend… to getting her back-walkover after just a few lessons.

We can’t wait for competition season this upcoming year!

My granddaughter loved it. She was trying out for cheerleading and Monday and Tuesday learning dance and a cheer was amazing. I was surprised at how much she learned in two days.

This place has been great for our kids. The coach there is a national championship winner (Tina Jones) and is very tough and expects their best. They have been under her leadership for over 12 years. The girls love her.
