These guys are top notch! They are professional and knowledgeable and they do all the planning, counting reps, and timing so you don’t have to. I love this class. They make it fun but they also make sure your form is correct and that you use the right weight. Check them out, you won’t regret it!😊

I love working out here! Each class is limited in size so you get individual attention, very efficient and effective weight training regime, you get in, get your workout done and get out! The trainers are very knowledgeable, very motivating environment! I will keep coming back!

Infinity has been such a good decision for me! The workouts are challenging yet “doable” which has allowed me to be much more consistent. The trainers are first and foremost ENCOURAGING, but also very knowledgeable and always helpful in accommodating every level. The sense of community is exceptional with support from each individual in the class. I highly recommend!.

Infinity Personal Training has been an answer to prayer for me! Red and Colton are both excellent trainers and thoroughly explain exercises, offering modifications when needed. The atmosphere is one of encouragement, acceptance, and confidence. They do a great job of easing us out of our comfort zones in a way that provides safety and support! I have only been working out with them about 2 months and I already feel much stronger, much healthier, and much more confident. Thanks guys!

I am currently training at Infinity Wellness and it’s the best decision I could have made. The trainers are amazing! You are going to work but the structure of the session, the encouragement and tips to help you with nutrition, hydration etc. means so much. It all keeps me motivated and conscious of my daily eating habits. If you’re looking for a personal trainer you definitely need to check out Infinity Wellness on Shug Jordan!

I have enjoyed working out here. It’s a small group atmosphere where the personal trainer demonstrates each exercise and helps you individually with your form. Very encouraging and helpful with weight lifting and nutrition, especially for those of us in our 40s and 50s! I have learned so much from Red since I started working out here!

Small Group Training at Infinity Personal Training Auburn has honestly been a game changer for me! I get the personal attention you’d expect from one-on-one training, but with the added support and accountability of working out with a great group of people. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging which really keeps me coming back. The trainers are incredible, and their energy is contagious! They push me to be my best while still making every session fun and motivating. I actually look forward to working out! If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about you and your fitness journey, I highly recommend it!

I started working out at Infinity about a month ago. I instantly loved it. The trainers provide exactly what I have been looking for in a gym. They are supportive, help keep me safe in regard to form and provide modifications when needed; and they give me a push to up the weights or increase the pace when indicated. They even help with nutrition guidance and accountability. They’re also just great people and I feel comfortable asking questions and don’t feel judged by anyone. Everything is really about just being/doing your best and not competitive at all. I highly recommend Infinity for anyone that may be looking for a gym, but particularly if you are over 40 and/or you have prior injuries.

I’ve had a wonderful experience so far at Infinity Wellness. I was skeptical at first because I was not the workout type and wasn’t consistent with my workouts. I will say though that I have enjoyed going and working out now. The team motivates you and encourages you so much that you feel empowered! I also enjoy the small class sizes as we can talk and make friends. I am very thankful that I made myself agree to sign up and go!!!

I just finished my 50th session with Infinity. It’s been tough. Some days are tougher than others. They have pushed me, encouraged me and even though sometimes I (jokingly) tell them I hate them, they have become my friends and sometimes they have even been my sounding board when life gets stupid. I am stronger than I think I have ever been, have more energy than I have had in a LONG time and WAY less pain than I have had in years. Thank you Red & John for all the support. Looking forward to 50 more! Infinity Personal Training is definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Red and John are excellent instructors. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, and they push you to increase the weights you lift when you are ready. Every class section has a new set of exercises, so you don’t fall into a rut. Red and John are both very approachable and knowledgeable. They are happy to listen to any questions and concerns. The other classmates are very nice and are supportive of each other.

Joining infinity group fitness classes is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have worked out at different facilities and with different trainers in the past (including the university rec center). Infinity group fitness classes are different; they are very strategically designed for your specific needs as they easily modify/customize the daily routine according to your constraints and abilities. I look forward to these sessions eagerly and I always come out super happy and confident.
No matter what is your current lifestyle is and no matter what your fitness level is, one should try their sessions; it’s addictive.
All the trainers are very knowledgeable, respectful, and super attentive to details. Their main goal is to make you stronger in a well paced sustainable fashion. You would make very steady rapid improvements within g few sessions.
I initially signed up for 3 months and extended it to a year. My weeks are super busy; however, I do not miss any session unless we are traveling. They are super accommodating and helpful as they always let me make up for the missed sessions.
Apart from gaining strength and endurance, I also sleep better at night.
I 💯 recommend the group fitness classes at infinity.

As someone who hates working out, I just keep coming back to Infinity! I love the small class sizes (max 5) and that every class has different workouts — never the same thing twice! The trainers are motivating & fun. The facilities are nice & clean. Not to mention the eucalyptus towels…. I definitely recommend Infinity!

The staff at Infinity Personal Training are awesome! Every trainer is knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. As a newbie to all things “strength training”, they have made me feel welcome and comfortable. It’s a place that I feel safe trying something new and outside of my comfort zone. The workouts are challenging and effective. The trainers pay attention to your progress and know just when and how to push you so that you never plateau. The renewed sense of confidence I feel is worth every dollar! Shout out to John & Red!

It’s been a pleasure working out at Infinity over the last year. If you want a place where you show up and they walk you through a 45 minute workout step-by-step, this is your place. I have appreciated that the trainers tailor the workouts to fitness and ability levels. Also, the small group environment makes it a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Great place. At age 69 I was very reluctant to jump into a gym, but having a trainer who helped me get started has made a difference. I have lost 10 lbs and have much more endurance. I’m even able to shoot hoops with my grandson. Highly recommend taking the leap and investing in your health.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Red and Laine not only push you physically but take the time to connect with you personally. I have been to other gyms and this is the first one I feel good about going into. They helped me shift the focus away from the scale and focus on my overall well being. They have built a strong sense of community and it helps tremendously in reaching your goals. Such a positive and uplifting environment in a fitness world that can often feel intimidating and cold. Grateful for them and how much they push me to be better!
If you’re on the fence, just do it! I promise you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love infinity personal training on Shug Jordan!! I just moved here, 5 months ago, and had previously been with a one on one trainer. I was unsure about how the small group training would work. I am beyond happy with the training!!! The trainers there have a way of being able to still give you the one on one feel and give the personal attention when needed. I also love being with the group!! We all push each other to try harder and it makes the sessions fun!! I actually have so much fun working out and look forward to it. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to get strong and fit but still have fun!!

I was struggling with finding a work out that I enjoyed and wanted to do. I’ve been coming to Infinity for a couple of months and I really enjoy the workouts and don’t mind making time for them! I like the small group aspect and the one on one you get during exercise. The accountability and encouragement is wonderful. Red & Laine do a great job of helping us push through to get stronger with each set! I’m so glad I took the step to improve my health and I can already see and feel a difference. I would encourage anyone that’s thinking about it to give it a try!!

I was extremely scared to join a gym, felt unworthy. But the team here really is great and I’ve never looked back. It is pricey and I wish I could go whenever I wanted instead of just 3 days a week. Those are absolutely the only drawbacks. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else though and I’d recommend it to anyone I knew. It is an absolutely great place for beginners who may feel uncomfortable in other fitness centers.

Started group training in January and I love it. I've met so many great women during my workouts and even made some friends. Red is a fun, supportive, knowledgeable trainer and will work with you to modify exercises if you're new to a movement or are recovering from an injury. Cam is very helpful and can answer any of your questions. He makes joining an easy process and doesn't make you jump through hoops like some memberships at other fitness centers. The team work hard to make sure their clients are happy and the facility is always clean. They provide water and towels (dry towels for sweat during the workout and chilled towels afterward). I LOVE LOVE LOVE the chilled, eucalyptus towel after the workout.... Also, their app makes it so easy to book your next session. 10/10 recommend.

Long review, but worth the read if you are genuinely interested.
Working mom of three who has proudly been in the “big boned” category since 3rd grade, started Infinity two months ago- going three times a week. (Side note: my husband also workouts at Infinity three times a week).
Pros:
- The current Infinity Team is amazing. The current trainer, Red (yes, that is what we call him), is great. He has amazing energy, even at 6am.
- Red is great about correcting form and highlighting the area/s that the movement is focusing on.
- They are not afraid to challenge you. It is because of their challenges that I have gained so much strength in just two months. Side note: Red is great at noticing when you go up in weight and is there to help spot you and give you that “two more rep” encouragement when it gets tough.
- It’s goes by quick!
- Accountability- Red knows who is supposed to be there, and if you late cancel or no show he’s going to ask you about it. But we all need to be held to a higher standard- right?
Cons:
- Session times can be hard to fit into a nuclear schedule. Hubs and I discuss the week ahead of time so we know who is working out vs watching kids. It’s hard, but it works. Our favorite times are the 6am and 5:30pm.
What To Expect:
- You’ll be greeted when you walk in and you usually wait until the actual time before going back to the workout area. They provide towels and water.
- You’ll do a group warm up, don’t worry it’s not that bad and the trainer shows you what to do
- The trainer goes through all the workout things so you know what to do (dumbbells, cable machine, med bags, air bike, bosu ball- ick, floor work- there’s more things)
- Everyone picks where to start
- 3 rounds of 30 seconds/ 10 second break and you do that for each exercise- like 5 or 6 exercises.
- After you finish those 5 exercises, you take a quick water break while the trainer shows you the next 5 exercises…and you do it again (I promise it goes by so quick.)
- You finish with a cold eucalyptus rag (provided by Infinity- fancy right?) and stretches led by the trainer
Advice:
- I encourage you to arrive 5 minutes early and get to know other people working out. You are usually so out of breath that it’s hard to talk during the workout, but the connections with others really help to make it enjoyable.
- You are not going to be able to do all the things the first time… I remember being in the warm up thinking…this is hard and we hadn’t even start yet. But! Everyone else in that room has been there on our first day. Just keep going and do what you can, before you know it- you’ll be the one encouraging others.
- Try all the exercises. You might surprise yourself. If you need a modification, ask for it- they are great at giving options.
In two months, I have lost 12 lbs (coupled with watching what I ate and moving more in general). More importantly, I am consistently working out, getting stronger in a healthy way, feeling better about myself, and valuing the time I’m spending on me. If you are going to spend the money, do it in a place that values you and your progress- Infinity is that place.
(Hubs loves it too- he’s a man of few words)
I would be remiss if I didn’t provide a Shout out to Cam (the owner), he’s great and makes sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. He made that first text/call so easy with no obligations, which is one of the main reasons we decided to join.

I have always dislike exercising, and never do it consistently. This seems to be different. The staff (i.e. Red) works with us and has no more than five in a class. He has a variety of exercises and ensures we are performing the exercise correctly. The class is only 45 minutes which makes it a little easier. Honestly this is the first time that I am consistent and enjoy it.

I joined Infinity Wellness in Oct. 2023, and it has been the best decision I could make for my health and fitness journey! When I walk into a box gym, I feel intimidated and nervous. When I walk into Infinity Wellness I feel warmly greeted, energetically boosted, and motivated to put in the work necessary to get stronger and healthier! Training in a small group setting creates the best balance between my budget and my need for hands-on guidance, tailored feedback, & encouragement to push harder towards my goals. Within the first few weeks, I can already tell a difference in my strength, my energy and endurance, & how well my clothes fit!
I've worked with multiple gyms and physical trainers over the years, and I have to say that Red is one of the best! With a focus on functional fitness, he sets up exercise routines that are challenging but also easily adaptable to wherever you're at in your fitness journey. Whenever I've had questions about certain movements, how to maximize my efforts, how to deal with sore muscles, tight hamstrings, or a bit of a bum shoulder, he's always had easy to understand explanations and been able to readily provide practical suggestions that are easy to implement in my everyday life.
Infinity Wellness has not only provided me with accountability and motivation to pursue my physical health goals, they've also given me a wonderfully energizing sense of community and connection that not only makes me enjoy heading to the gym to work out but also helps me push hard and feel proud of the work I'm doing!

Infinity Wellness transcends the conventional gym setting, offering a unique wellness sanctuary for women who desire both a personalized fitness journey with a community feel. Upon entering, Cam’s genuine warmth creates an inviting atmosphere, making every session into a gathering of friends rather than just a workout.
Led by the exceptional coach Red, each small group session at Infinity Wellness goes beyond the ordinary , focusing not only on breaking a sweat but also on perfecting form for an unparalleled fitness experience. Red’s energy in each session keeps us motivated and engaged. This is what I love most, it’s never a dull mundane workout.
The impeccable attention to detail sets Infinity Wellness apart, with complimentary water bottles, towels, and a refreshing eucalyptus-infused towel at the sessions end, transforming your workout into a rejuvenating ritual. The small group classes provide individualized attention and cultivate a supportive community leaving you not only physically invigorated but also mentally uplifted.
I highly recommend Infinity Wellness if you are seeking a fitness haven that seamlessly blends expert coaching, a welcoming community, and a touch of luxury. I’ll never join a standard gym again!

As a newcomer to the world of group strength training, I was initially nervous stepping into Infinity Strength Training. But my fears were swiftly put to rest. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the supportive and energetic trainer (Red), made for a truly positive and enjoyable experience.
Red has been instrumental in guiding me throughout the session, ensuring I got the hang of the exercises while maintaining proper form. His energy is infectious, pushing me to new heights I didn't know I could reach! For example, I couldn't hold a plank the first day but now can hold 3, 20 second planks.
Infinity Strength Training has exceeded my expectations with their top-notch facilities and incredible trainer, Red!
