I danced at Kelly’s since they opened back in 2011 and loved every minute of it! I received excellent dance instruction and made friendships that will last a lifetime! If you want a place for your kid to grow in confidence, creativity, and more, then I recommend Kelly’s.

This place is not for toddler boys. At least it was not for mine. Signed him up for bars and beams class. Which took about 3 or 5 phone calls. He was the only boy there. His last and second class - I had to get him cause he was crying by the front door. There was nobody there for him. That was the last class he attended. No refund cause you pay for classes in advance. That sucks. I would highly recommend for stuff members not to enroll kids if they know they are not highly compatible to be in 2.5 class. Advise to parents that this class might not be of interest for little men. Thank you.

Very poor communication. Can barely ever get a response to an email and forget about calling. Rehearsals being the same day as the recital is crazy. These poor kids practice all day to be up late. Recital is way too late for kids. Maybe for teens but for young kids age 3,4,5,6 it's too late to have a recital start at 730 pm and to end after 11pm!!! Kids have a bed time. And not to mention you had them rehearsing all day that day! We won't be back to Kelly's.

Kelly's Studio of Dance has been such a wonderful part of my daughter's life throughout her childhood and teen years. I could have never imagined when I walked my tiny three year old into class so many years ago, that I would literally be expanding my family because that is what Kelly's has been to us - a family. KSD has help instill the traits that every parent wants their child to have - kindness, compassion, dedication, confidence, and independence. The staff loves my daughter and she loves them.

We absolutely love this studio! I have 2 daughters in classes here. The staff is amazing and works hard to not only create an environment of love and learning for dance, but also a sense of community and support beyond dance. I highly recommend!!!

5 years ago we began at Kelly’s. Before starting I was so worried about “fitting in” because I had a 2 year old and this was the first activity she had ever done. We were used to spending our days at home just with ourselves. But boy was I worried for nothing. After one call to Kelly I knew that’s where we needed to be. After the first class my daughter came out of the studio smiling from ear to ear. Now 5 years later here we are. The teachers, student teachers, and dance parents are all so helpful and want to make sure you feel welcome and at home. I’ve never seen a more God oriented studio and owner. Ms Kelly loves Athens, Alabama and she’s always looking for ways to give back to the community and get all the dancers involved. It’s about so much more than just dance at KSD and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

My girls love dancing here. The staff not only cares about their dancers, but the older students look out for the younger ones as well. It’s been a great environment for my kids for more than just dance!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Kelly’s Studio of Dance! The staff is absolutely amazing! They are so caring and have interest in each child beyond just being at dance. I cannot imagine sending my little anywhere else to dance. Next year my son will join and I’m excited to see both of the grow in dance life, but in so many others way. KSD is one amazing family!!!

Our daughter has danced with Kelly for 8 years. Kelly and her staff have instilled such a love for the art. Ally now spends most of her evenings there, and I couldn’t choose a better place for her to be. She is surrounded by positive influences and teachers who not only challenge her daily to be a better dancer, but also a better person.
