About the Club

We are the Madison branch of Huntsville Gymnastics Center, offering you the same high-quality instruction, without the drive!
We offer gymnastics classes for boys and girls for ages 2 and up, as well as home-school groups and preparation for team (our Girls Team trains in the Huntsville center). We offer a wide range of class times, while consistently maintaining the lowest coach/student ratios in the area.

All our classes are kept very small. We only allow 7 students in our older classes, and only 6 in the pre-school classes, to ensure the best learning environment possible.

This gym has been amazing for our girls. They go above and beyond to work with the students. One thing that really stuck out to me on day one and has continued since then is the appearance of the facility. It is ALWAYS clean and does not smell disgusting.

We have two children enrolled here and they love it. The staff work hard to engage with all of the students and help them learn and master gymnastics moves. We've seen evidence of increased strength, flexibility, body awareness, and mobility in our children. The staff is courteous, caring, and responsive. I've recommended several families here.

My Granddaughter has been going to MGC for over two years and has thoroughly enjoyed her experience. She has steadily progressed and improved and now made intermediate. I’m no expert but I really appreciate the level of coaching and dedication to these children.

We were not impressed over the course of about eight months. Our 8yo daughter lost interest due to being required to stay with her age group which had a lot of children who were “young 8’s” and not athletic. They were doing basic things like jumping on a flat surface as if they were playing hopscotch - this is stuff most kids can do at 3yo. The classes had a lot of down time interrupted by non-challenging “busy work” with very limited instruction.

Administratively, the business is not customer friendly: Standing in an early morning 2+ hour line to get signed up, payments only in person, no automatic payments, etc…

I love that this gym focuses on strengthening their gymnasts and on quality technique. I have been more than pleased!

The registration process is STUPID. In person registration where you have to wait 2+ hours to register your kid(s) for GYMNASTICS. For gymnastics, people. Something needs to change. Period.

We’ve done the parent/toddler classes here and 4/5 year old and 6/7 year old classes and both my kids and I have been very happy with them all. Staff is friendly and we’ve liked all the coaches we’ve had.

This place is a joke. They base the class your child is put in on age instead of ability. My child could do everything they taught on day 1. I was told she couldn’t move up to the next level until her birthday. We spent a year doing the same thing every practice that my daughter could already do when she started. The staff was extremely rude. Finally, move to another gym where they evaluate every month and invite kids to be on the competition team. My daughter has learned more in 2 weeks than she learned in an entire year at Madison.

My boys have enjoyed doing gymnastics at Madison Gymnastics Center over the last 4 years. The couches are positive and upbeat. The progressive teaching technique keeps the kids safe as they develop new skills. The staff is always helpful and courteous. It has been a great experience for our entire family.

Absolute garbage of a place. Owner has no respect for others and immediately lashes out about his “beliefs” when asked about his policies. Do not come here.

The only business still requiring masks for fully vaccinated. They do not allow both parents in at the same time either. Everywhere else everyone is living life as normal. Yet, they are still trying to control people by forcing healthy, vaccinated individuals to wear masks.

No boys program now at all - should go to Southern States anyway.

Hackit Master - I think just the opposite is true. Southern States has a great program with Alabama's most experienced coach. His boys seem to really enjoy working with him. Caleb at Madison is a great coach also; no need to disparage the competition. We all care about men's gymnastics. Sorry you have such a misconceived opinion.

If you are looking for your child to learn gymnastics this is not the place to go but if you are looking for your child to just be active and learn the very little then go right ahead. The staff is friendly and everything but for the monthly price I feel like your child should learn something. The best teacher is Misayo Heacock to learn some type of gymnastics. For summer classes I will be taking her somewhere different.

I spent 8 years in this gym while my son went from a beginner, taking both gymnastics and tumbling, to private lessons, to proudly watching my son walk on the National Champion Men's Team at The University of Michigan. I can't say enough about how well run this facility is. The staff, especially the ones that have been there for years, are just so professional and competent. Classes always start on time, the gym is very clean, safety is of the upmost importance while skills, progress, and fun are always the goal. I've been in several other gyms and Madison Gymnastics is the absolute best, bar none.

This place is average. The female staff is nice but it does lack instruction. It is more fun time than it is gymnastics. Don't expect your child to improve on what they are already doing at home. If you don't mind paying for your kids to play on floor mats and a trampoline for an hour instead of outside this place is great.

My daughter started at age three she is now four and looks forward to seeing Mr. Ken her instructor. They are so kind and patient with the little ones. There is a best in class sticker that one child receive each class and they are so excited when they receive the sticker.. The routine they do in class my daughter makes sure she practice those routines at home. The learning experience is fun and hard work. A great confidence builder for little ones learning what their bodies can do..Love it.
