MPower is excited to be the first fitness studio to offer the Los Angeles-based Lagree Method right here in Birmingham. This innovative exercise guarantees results by melding together elements of Pilates, cardio and stability training. I recommend to everyone!! With 3 studios and class times ranging from 5am-6:10pm you have so much flexibility for an amazing workout (the waitlists move)!! Instructors do a great job cuing the workout to ensure you are getting the most out of every move! Love having a fun, efficient workout in 50 minutes!

Love the place but I just paid $200 to barely be able to get any classes. I can’t sit at my phone every hour checking when someone drops out of a class so I can put myself on. I regret buying the package.

I have loved my experience at MPower! The classes are challenging yet so rewarding. This is my favorite location and Caroline Russell is a great instructor. She makes you feel welcome and is very helpful. Definitely recommend!
