Could not begin to put into words how thankful we are to be a part of The Nassers Team & Family. We have always been treated with the upmost respect. Ms. Michelle, the director, along with all the coaches and front desk staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Anytime I have ever had any kind of concern the staff reached out to me immediately. I mean this is gymnastics and gymnastics takes discipline and drive. Gymnastics is not just a walk in the park. Nassers also goes by Junior Olympic standards and rules, which in the opinion of most is amazing. At Nasser’s my daughter hasn’t just learned gymnastics and form. She has also learned much about self discipline, drive, integrity, teamwork and most importantly passion and self-worth! Ms Michelle and her staff have helped teach my daughter that if you want it, you have to work for it, and if you work for it, you will reach it!

The staff is young, unprofessional, and extremely rude. They talk down to parents as if paying customers are a burden. There are plenty of other options in Mobile that would appreciate your business and treat you with respect.

Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend any children of color going here. My 3 year old was mistreated and when I complained not even an apology was offered. Spend your money elsewhere they don’t deserve it

Something happened up there that has had my 13 year old terrified to come back for over a year. They even threw out her $80 hand grips. So sad since she’s been a gymnast there for about 8 years.

Horrible place. Unorganized. Coaches are people with no experience. Operation is a scam, they put you in a class until they force you to upgrade to “competitions”. Even if your child isn’t ready. If you don’t upgrade and pay more they will force you out of classes.

The old lady at the front desk is rude she threw her hand up at me and my child. If you want your child to be mistreated and belittled this place would be perfect you and your family. As a grown woman how could you throw your hand up to a child when she is talking to you about some important to her. She really need help and should be shut down.

This place was very dissapointing! My daughter was enrolled in summer camp, and on the first day, she came home complaining of how rude one of the teachers were to her and that she did not want to return. I immediately called the center to speak with the owner to explain my concerns and was told she would call back once she had spoke w/the teacher about what had happened, she did but only to inform me that the teacher told her no such thing happened, and that in fact my daughter was rude to one of the other kids and had to be told talked to about it! but as I informed them my daughter has never been accused of being rude or mean to anyone, we've never had a complaint on her behavior not once! and for them to instantly put up a guard as though she's lying about what really happened is very appalling. we will never come back, very dissapointing and very unprofessional,

Really Sad that the old lady at the front desk is the most rude unprofessional person I’ve ever met. She treats customers horrible as well as the trainers (coaches) Talk to others very disrespectful.
I hope small business owners appreciate better us “the locals” and emphasize in a good customer service so our community grows with a good reputation
Hope other’s identify her attitude and don’t get the bad influence by Nasser Gymnastics old lady

The old woman at the front desk is extremely rude. She only says hello and welcomes the people that she likes. I never get a hello when entering the building. She keeps her food at the front desk for everyone to see. I think it is very unprofessional and disgusting. Sometimes she even has the tv going for herself. It comes off as lazy. All she does is complain about every little thing. She never has anything positive to say. And she will literally yell at you if you do something she doesn't like. I feel like she needs to be replaced with someone with a little more pep in their step, someone who has good customer service, who smiles, and is friendly, someone who makes everyone feel welcome. This lady is the first thing you see when you walk through the door and it's not a pleasant view. Other than her, the gym is great and the teachers are great. I think the gym is a little unorganized upfront. The front desk has things everywhere. Just a little time organizing and cleaning the front would make a huge difference at this gym. Again the teachers are amazing!!! Couldn’t ask for better.

I moved my daughter to Nasser at the beginning of 2020! She has excelled at Nasser! They are structured and goal driven! They do new things each week while practicing repetition! For example, they do a
Series of handstands back and forth on the big floor. My 5 year old is really impressive with her handstands and knows the terminology they use as well! They are being trained to learn proper stance and hand etiquette when coming out of handstands and cartwheels! They also learn how to touch and get onto the balance beams. The emphasis on learning these key basics and it is very impressive to me! I was not a gymnast growing up, so seeing these things beinging drilled into our girls makes me feel like i am getting my monies worth and also giving her the best chance to be the best gymnast she can be! Especially since my girl is 5! There is a goal in mind for each gymnast and you can tell that is their main focus each week for every one of the gymnast! There isn’t any mass chaos! We love it here and cannot wait to see what the future holds for our girl!

Wow! Booked a birthday party here. Got forgotten. Doors where locked. 30 families and their sweet children. Finally lady showed on that she forgot to get something at the store. Lady screamed at the children. Didn't have the AC on. Was Rude! I wish my child did not have to go back to this place. She is a student at St. Mary's on Lafayette street. Beware!
