This place is Fantastic! Play cards. Do yoga. Work out in 1 of 3 weight rooms. Zumba , Tai Chi, Mahjong, Bowling, water aerobics they arrange group trips across America and Abroad? Inside and outside pool. Tiny hot tub. A program called Silver Sneakers caters to Seniors. I got a FREE membership through my Advantage plan, I'm on Medicare. They offer a discount for Opelika residents.

We stopped here on our summer road trip. My teenage sons are into working out so we needed a place where you can pay by the day. This place did not disappoint. Plenty of things to do, cardio, weights, racquetball, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I lived there I would be a member for sure.

Great place if you're a local or tourist needed a quick and easy place to work out. There are a lot of options from free weights, to machines, and cardio. I had no issues whatsoever with my workout. I would like to have shown some photos of the workout facilities but I wanted to be respectful of the people working out but trust me when I say that all the equipment I used was clean and well maintained.

There is also swimming and plenty of area for walking in addition to pickleball courts.

I really enjoy the facilities here. They have a great gym, pool during the summer, and a mile long path to walk around the outside. The soccer fields are great when playing with Crush (The local soccer teams). Highly recommend this place.

I called ahead to see if they had recreational swimming and upon asking they did not even know what that word meant.. i then explained and she said “yes” only to find i had to have a membership. I paid 20$ to get in. Online it said admission is 4$ per person. The pool was dirty as well.

I really love coming here to play pickle ball. It’s really easy to get a court and it’s always in great shape. We haven’t used any of the other facilities, but the Pickleball is just amazing and they even provide balls!!

Very nice Sportsplex. The exercise facilities are well maintained. There are indoor and outdoor walking paths, weight training area, cardio area, basketball courts, pickleball courts, soccer field, an olympic size pool, and so much more. Opelika did a great job and has a great staff here.

The few times I arrived before there posted hours everything is already open! It is so refreshing to arrive a few minutes early to be welcomed into the facilities that are not only open but ready for people to arrive! 5:00 AM is the posted opening time during the week and this place was ready to go well before that; very impressed with the team here!

Overall: great place with nice facilities! Extra parking spaces would be great.

What a wonderful place to be with the family to get exercise and have a great time. Whether you are playing soccer, Frisbee golf, swimming at the pool, or playing plickel ball. There is so much to do here. You can even work out with the weight machines. Either way, I think it's a wonderful place to be with friends and family.

Nice facility but, I have a disc problem in my lower back. And I am having problems standing and walking. I made the trip here from out of state to watch my husband play in a pickleball tournament. There is no place to sit and watch the games and there are no chairs allowed for spectators. So, my trip here was for nothing. This should be posted on a website for the Sportsplex NO SPECTATOR ACCOMODATIONS!! I am very disappointed. Not even exceptions for the handicapped. Isn't there a law for public facilities to accomodate the handicap? No other tournament in the south has been this unaccomodating. Pitiful.

A very nice area. Christmas trees in front lobby are beautiful. This place has rooms for rent for events like baby showers. And maybe birthday parties. There was a janitor there to clean up afterward but we removed the cloths from the tables and chairs. Sweep and take care of our stuff and I'm guessing the clean up person would come behind to do the rest. Very nice facility though.

This morning my boyfriend and I headed to Sportsplex to sign up for a family plan. We live together and have a child but we are not married. We asked two different people at two different times if we had to be married to get the family plan and they said no that all when needed is to be living together. When we got there this morning we filled out all of the paper work just to be told that we had to be married by a woman that seemed like we were a bother to her. We were so disappointed to find out that we were not told the truth two different times. Even on the website it does not specify that you have to be married.

We were really looking forward to working on our self’s without having to find someone to watch our little one. I would also like to add that my boyfriend had just gotten off of a 12 hour shift. If we would have known the correct information would wouldn't have had to disturb our child sleep, waste gas, and mess up his sleeping schedule for absolutely no reason at all. All of the employees should know the rules about the memberships so things like this don’t happen.
