Family friendly 24hr fitness center. We have extensive cardio equipment, free weights, cable crossovers and many additional machines as well as battle ropes, speed bag, and heavy bag. We offer Tabata, Zumba and Jiu-jitsu classes. We also have a dry sauna, kids room, showers, lockers and 2 tanning booths. Certified Personal Trainers available.

Cannot access gym because whenever I get off work, there is no staff to let me in as a new member.
I’m also a member and still can’t access it during after hours. The staff hasn’t been any help. I also called and haven’t been able to get to anybody.

Great place to work out, enjoy the steam room or the tanning beds. Exercise machines are dated but are maintained and cleaned.
Great staff and patrons eager to help those just starting out.

I've never had to wait for equipment, someone is there to help late in the day (7ish), love the equipment, especially the inversion table and back stretchers. The employees are friendly and very helpful.
