I absolutely love my classes with Lisa. I have had constant back issues for a very long time. I began Pilates classes in 2024, I finally have some relief from my back pain.

Peak Condition Pilates is fantastic! Betty DeLucia (owner) is New York trained and is patient with a beginner. She is very knowledgeable about human anatomy & was able to work with my physical limitations due to prior neck surgeries. She is encouraging & helped me stay on track to lose some weight that I had put on (Body Mass Index of 35+). I am now at a normal BMI!! Pilates slims you down & sculpts your arms & thighs as well as “everything else.” It is a great work out with no more than 3 clients in a group session (during Covid-19 times). If you’re looking for something other than a huge gym facility, this is the place!

Yogalates is yoga practiced on the pilates reformer. You gain the benefits of balance, strength conditioning and stretching in each pose. It is available to beginners as well as advanced students because there are only 4 people to a class allowing the instructor to focus on each Individual.
