During our travels, we have visited many PFs; whilst all have been great, this particular location is outstanding!! Super friendly and helpful staff, significant amount of equipment and very clean!!?!

It is very clean, very large. Plenty of space to work out. Plenty of equipment. Good variety of equipment. I was there at midnight so not a lot of people but staff was also very friendly

Showers not working ( for quite a while now). Only discovered it when walking up to shower soap in hand with notice on shower wall. No notice at front desk nor did attendant verbally inform customers upon entry. Not good enough.

New location in Montgomery AL. I walked in and was greet quickly by Kayla. She was very informative and provided great customer service with pleasant attitude. She was very professional and looked good. There are a lot of machines to use. There is an additional work out area towards the back wall that other locations do not have. This place is clean, well lit and stocked with supplies. And of course, they have the tasty Tootsie Roll at the counter.

Looks like a new building. However, I've been visiting for a month now, and they still don't have hot water, Luke warm at best and gets hot when the toilet is flushed. Can you afford to hire someone to correct the issue? I have a better question do you care?
