This gym is so crowded you can barely find a parking spot. Also, when you cancel your membership, they continue to steal your money for months afterward, even after the employees tell you your account is closed and the bank account info is deleted from their system.

Don’t recommend, the trashes aren’t emptied most of the time, the paper towels are empty in at least one station daily, the equipment is typically marked out of order or broken, even the urinal. Typically no greeting upon entering or leaving, the staff seem to care more about playing on their phones or ignoring their duties.

I would say its normally a 4,but tonight it was a 2, so I will give it a 3 to be fair. There were many what I call kids playing around. Some boys goofing off trying to impress the giggling girls on the machines close to them. Which most were just playing around tonight, not even working out. I left early & noticed others watching the horse playing. Several other adults left about the time I did. I guess it depends on who is working as to what's allowed sometimes.

Had no issues until I decided to cancel my membership. I had a better option through UA so I saw no point in keeping it. Went in person in June to cancel, lady there told me I'd still be charged again since it was passed a certain day of the month. She also told me that the system was down (its always down) I signed the cancelation agreement and was on my way. Today I saw that was charged AGAIN. I called them and somehow they have no paperwork saying I canceled. And that they weren't going to refund me either. 0/5 stars

Moved to this area 6 weeks ago. Cleanest gym I've ever seen in 35 years of gym memberships.

Right now, there's a man cleaning the inside of the lockers with extreme detail, a woman wiping off every cardio machine (in addition to everyone's wipe down after use), and a woman cleaning the entrance.

The vast majority of these members have excellent gym etiquette. Kind, considerate, re-rack weights ❤️❤️❤️, and here to work hard.

I joined two other gyms here because the dumbbells only go to 75, but I find myself looking for substitute exercises simply because this gym is so exceptional.

Small gym no free weights just dumbbells. I give it a 4 star rating because the gym is still kind of new but it’s also kept pretty clean. Bathroom cleaner than most gym. Not a gym for bodybuilding but for maintaining my opinion.

I just wish that the 30 minute circuit area was truly monitored. There's a couple of machines in there that people like to use and camp out on for longer than a cycle. There was at least 6 people in there and no one was doing the actual circuit besides myself.

I'm pleased with the gym equipment and the layout is user-friendly. I'm a little put off by them not taking credit cards, debit cards, or cash. It's like they SPECIFICALLY target your bank account, which everyone knows you never put subscriptions on your main bank account...so here we are with 3 stars...!

The gym is clean. The bathrooms are clean. The weights and machines are well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of treadmills, rowing machines, smith machines, and weight lifting machines. The only drawback is the lack of free weights. No barbells. Dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs. The plus side of that is that it keeps the meat heads (mostly) out of the gym for a more pleasant experience.

The front desk staff are friendly. The cleaning staff in the girls' bathroom was very mean. We need to take a shower after exercising, but are repeatedly stressed that we need to be careful not to get outside the bath water? seriously? turn off the bathroom service if you don't want people take a shower. This way you can better sit on the chair in the girls' locker room and continue playing with your phone. Membership has been cancelled.

Big and well kept besides the Smith Machines. The Smiths need to be lubricated. The stiffness along it’s track takes away from the weight aspect of the lift and puts pressure on joints. Need to be be better maintained

This place opened and I was excited. It was relaxing and calm. Felt good to go in. And then summer hit.
They have signs giving free entrance to high schoolers all summer.

Now the gym is crawling with immature behavior and distracting chit chat.

I’d visit a cafeteria before I’d go back to work out here.

The front desk help was friendly but probably not been educated about there practices. There is no “commitment “ but yet you have to sign a contract and it states there is a $10 extra fee. On top of a $39 Annual fee. Plus it is $22.99. Really?? And then you want my CC info. In case I need a drink?? But you have my checking acct#. I was not pleased maybe I went to early. Need better informed workers. This gym is very close to me and it seems nice. Maybe someone with better info could tell me the procedures. SMH

So after working out at Northport for a while. We was been able to request songs to play while working out. I had a play list built for when I was working out. Around Christmas more then half of the songs were deleted. Now the play list has been deleted all together. All you can request now is slow romantic songs. Edited my review. Can’t find a mask in my car, they don’t have one I can buy, they do they have any disposable masks on site. So I’m refused service. Then to beat it all, hardly anyone in there wears masks, they just walk past the front desk then take off their masks (as I would normally do). Hypocritical feel-goodism. Good gym overall, just do not like the fact of mandating something but not offering the product mandated.
**and to top it off, I’m currently in the gym staring at a 2 employees with a mask below their nose. , get you some of that***

This is the first time I visited this location. The staff helped at the front with changing my membership from another location. There seemed to be plenty of space. I didn't have to wait on anyone, which is number one for me at any fitness center. Social distance measures were decent, as can be expected. The only real issue that bothered me was that one employee was talking to a customer waiting to go into the spa while I was trying to leave, and he walked in front of me three times going back and forth from the other customer and the counter, as if he couldn't see me. He didn't speak to me at all. I didn't find it very professional to be cutting customers off repeatedly and not saying excuse me or anything, just expecting me to continue to move and go around after already changing directions without even acknowledging me there. It would've been much better if he had the conversation with the customer at the counter, at the table, said "excuse me," or even "sorry about that," anything really to let me know I was valued as much as the person he was talking to and not just in his way. Things like that irk me, especially as a customer. Other than that though, pretty great first-time experience. If it doesn't get too much busier without being expanded, then I'll plan on this being my main gym. Oh, one more thing, I wish they had the treadmills like Midtown. Only having an up and down and not a keypad is annoying when trying to change interval speeds. The other features were nice too, but not a huge problem.

Brand new PF Just opened up the other day. Lots of machines. Hardly anyone there at 6am although that may change in a week or so.

Very clean, in both the exercise room and the men’s locker room. Although they do not have shower curtains yet (am told they will arrive in a few days).
