Horrible rude front desk girl with no respect for paying members or the truth. Dismissive and arrogant. Would expect front facing staff to have some modicum of honesty and knowledge about operations at the place they work. Wish there was an alternative place to go...

Every month after I pay my membership the heater in the pool goes out. Im in dire need of a hip replacement. The reason I joined this gym is for the location and the pool. The pool was down for several months for renovations last year, however, the renovation consisted of changing the lightbulbs and closing off the hot tubs (but it took over 2 months... Really) The pool has been down again for several months now because they are waiting on a pool heater. Every time I call it's 2 more weeks before the heater is replaced. The lockers are extremely rusted out by the therapeutic pool and the sauna is out as well.. I have 2 stars because the staff at the front desk a pleasant. $67a month is a lot when on a budget

I love ProHealth Fitness Center. It's always clean, and it has everything you need for a workout.

I am especially grateful to my personal trainer, Nicole. Thanks to her, I got into sports. She always consider my health condition and was able to properly prepare my body for intense workouts. Every session with her is fun and interesting.

Pros: very convenient location to midtown (you can run, walk, or bike here easily), has a 25 yard pool, usually not crowded and has enough equipment

Cons: membership is pricey, pool and locker room could be cleaner, short hours on the weekend

The pool heater has been fixed after others left their reviews.

The pool isn't heated anymore. The hot tubs are not working and they haven't been for almost a year now. The sauna doesn't work either. All of this is happening as of 6/21/23. The membership is not worth the $390 yearly. Without those amenities it's just a regular gym that cost $10 monthly. Please call them before you sign up and ask them what's working.

Prohealth therapy didn't want to treat my son because he has autism and iam very hurt we feel rejected, It's just not fair. They sent me home with some paperwork, Kyle told me he couldn't help him and nobody else can't help my son. There.

I am going here for Aquatic therapy. There therapy pool is heated and helps my leg and back. The physical therapist are very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I would recommend Pro Health to my family and friends.

It is a good old-schoolish gym. Has an indoor pool, an elevated 1/10 mile track, a half basketball court, and, of course, ellipticals, weight machines, and free weights. Dumbbells up to 100 lbs. Bench and incline stations, squat stations and a Smith machine. No squat machine or landmine press. Trainers available for hire. Hours are not great.

I just got my first shot of the Covid-19 Vaccine and I'm so happy to tell everyone that I was just treated like a VIP everyone at the hospital where I went was wonderful and very caring, the best at their jobs! Can't get better treated than I was today.

They changed the hours of operation to where RN’s who work 7-7 12 hour shifts are unable to use the facility. even though we are employees of infirmary health. It’s worthless now for me to continue my membership

During the Covid closure, we were not able to cancel. They closed leaving a 2 week credit on my account. I had payed for the full month. When they reopened i was not prooerly notified. They reopened May 17. Debited my account June 2nd. Not even allowing a 30 day cancellation . I requested a refund and was denied all the way up to the GM.. The gym us not full operational. But they want the full price for attending. Akso said i eould need to put a 30 notice in place. This is unfair and similar to the way i feel about today's issue. Prohealth you are not listening. Making rules up as you go. Be fair and refund your customers it is not time to charge full price when you are not 100% operational . Do not sign a contract with them.... unprofessional

I like to work out in the pool here. It is a Saline pool. Not Olympic-sized but plenty big. They also have a smaller warmer therapy pool. They have whirlpools for men and women separately. I've been going here for 12 years now. The staff here tends to be very good. If the staff hears Thunder however they will close the pool for 30 minutes

Someone asked about charges for a visit here. These do not apply to me since I'm a member. I pay yearly the full amount. One advantage of that is you only pay for 10 months but you get 12 months of membership. The disadvantage could be that if you decide to quit the gym you do not get a refund .

My responses about visit charges were not relevant for me. I believe a one-time charge for a guest of a member is $6. And they only take cards to pay for this. No cash.
