I have been attending Rocking Boot Camp for almost two years. It has been an absolute game changer within my life. The trainer, Amanda, is dedicated to her craft of being an instructor. It's a different workout every day and she is keen on ensuring that you are properly exercising the targeted muscles based on the exercise. The results of me going to this gym has strengthened muscles within my body that I paid little attention to. It has made me physically and mentally stronger. It has also enhanced my performance on stage as I perform high energy and exciting move.ents. I am verythankful for this gym.

Amanda is very knowledgeable & passionate fitness & nutrition. She does everything to make sure you reach whatever goals you set. Gym is always clean & tidy! She even has daycare on site, so you can work out even if you have little ones. She takes measurements & gives out meal plans. She makes working out fun with fun games built in like "Do you want to build a snowman".

Amanda is an amazing exercise coach. Each morning she has planned a variety of exercises written on the whiteboard. You never know what she has planned for you each day . . So that builds excitement to come each day. Anybody can come because she has modifications for each person's level. If you sign-up, you will feel yourself getting stronger each day.
