Never heard of a gym being faith based! I love the new rebrand to “solid rock” and the biblical meaning behind that name. Always lived in big places with big gyms and didn’t know anyone or make eye contact, but it’s actually nice to build connections while building muscles. Dan and his team are really leveling up the gym from what it used to be and expanding it and making it way better. The personal fitness session was super helpful with his knowledge of health conditions and the limitations of my body, I was guided to do the best I can with my capabilities. I recommend this space to anyone looking for a positive atmosphere to improve their wellness

There are honestly too many great things to say about my experience here. From the welcoming environment to the quality of the equipment, this gym stands out in all the right ways.

A few things to note: there's currently an expansion in progress—more space and more equipment are on the way! If there’s something you’d like to see added, just talk to Danny or Alie. They’re super receptive to feedback and genuinely interested in making the gym better for everyone as it grows.

The best part? The owners actually work out here themselves. That means they care about keeping the equipment in top shape and making sure the gym stays clean and functional. It’s a community, not just a business.
