Great little gym with affordable daily/weekly rates for those of us stuck with loved ones in the hospital.
It's in an old bank, so it's not fancy if that's what you're looking for. It is, however, clean, well maintained, and has everything you could need in a gym. Cardio machines, weights, weight machines, classes, locker room with showers, etc.
Friendly staff as well.

Glad I joined nice equipment I have professional equipment at home but in process of reorganizing but the health club is very clean ,budget friendly for seniors plus paid a bit extra to have 24 hours access the times I have been are slack times of no more than 5 people or less and can do my workouts without dealing the crowds nice and calm no rush or waiting on machines they have alternatives that target the same area if others are in use .Treadmills very nice with multiple functions still learning

Built in an old bank. LOTS of machines and free weights, but the walls are all painted this really gross dog puke color, no art, no TVs I think, low ceiling, lots of small rooms. Kind of an institutional feeling. Claustrophobic. Opposite of modern bright airy gyms.

Every time I visit the women there are interacting with everyone leading in classes and cleaning. This is better than a gym it is a destination to head to. Wish I lived closer or I would be there every day.

What a great gym! Never knew this was here. It has everything you could want: (machines, free weights, squat rack, pullups, pulldowns, bench press, jumprope/class room, etc) for a slightly lower cost!
