I came from out of town expecting my hotel to have a functioning fitness center, they did not. I frantically called this gym to see if I could come in as a guest for a few hours. They were so kind and helpful! It was really fast and easy to get a day pass and the gym was really nice. If I lived in the area I would definitely join this gym.

Great place to workout they have everything you need. I have been going with my sister every morning for about 5 months so far great experience. Only downside it can get kinda muggy and hot in the bathrooms and inside the gym but other than that great place.

I dropped my son off there so he could work out while I run some errands he usually just goes there himself he has been going for a while and likes it a lot his body has changed so much since he started working out there also my step-dad has been going there for years he also likes it

Great place. It's smaller than a Planet Fitness, but the staff is very nice and the place is clean. Customers are cordial, and there's no creepy "gym rats."

The only place in town I could find a barbell and squat rack (NOT A SMITH MACHINE) to lift in while I was visiting relatives. Outstanding service ($10 for the single workout is a good price) and the staff were really nice guys. Not bad at all for a place run by high-schoolers on their summer break. I'll be back if I come through again!

I’ve been a member for about four years. The owners and staff are great. There are a lot of regulars there everyday who are very friendly and always happy to help with spotting, tips, and advice. It’s a great community of people overall and just a great gym to be a member of. Always a good day when I can make it there.
