100% recommend squad fitness to anyone and everyone! I love the challenging and always changing workouts. The trainers are always upbeat and encouraging, as well as the others coming to the classes to workout! I have been working out here for 4 months now and I feel better than ever! I was in Huntsville for a few weeks, but didn’t know how many. I searched gyms in the area looking for something similar to my home gym, THIRST in Terre Haute, IN, and Squad looked pretty good. Eddy is awesome and let me “join week to week” for a more than fair rate. Great people here; friendly, uplifting, fun. Well equipped, well coached. I’ll definitely join up again when I’m in town for more than a weekend.

I recently completed the Drop 20 challenge at Squad fitness and I must say, by week two, I had completely fallen in love with the place! I successfully completed the challenge (25.6 lbs down) and now I feel like I can’t live without Squad. It’s hard. Very hard. But the trainers do such an awesome job. They push you to your limits but also keep the workouts fun! I feel the best I’ve felt in years and weigh the least I’ve weighed in at least 4 years! And honestly, to me it feels more like a little family than a gym! 😂 the atmosphere is so nice, the other members (and the trainer) are all so encouraging and supportive! I’ve made great progress in my health and also made some great friends along the way! If you’re thinking about stopping by, just do it! You won’t regret it! 😁

Taking the drop 20 challenge at squad fitness has been a blessing to me. The trainers pushed me to a place I have not seen myself in years! Yes! It was hard, but the trainers never gave up on me, and helped me to realize I could accomplish my weight loss goals. Every time I left the gym, I felt more encouraged and motivated because of the support I received from the trainers. If you are looking to make a lifestyle change and need better direction with a great program with positive, knowledgeable, involved trainers in your corner, I definitely would recommend you join Squad Fitness! I originally joined as a jump start t losing weight for myself but most importantly because my friend Tonejelynn Baldwin wanted an accountability partner. That first day was very had and I wondered what I had gotten myself involved in. To go from a couch potato to full blown cross-fit workout was intense and challenging but I hung in there. Each day/week, I felt better and stronger. I really just kept my eyes on the prize and before long on Week 5, I reached the Drop20Challenge goal by losing 21 lbs. The trainers were awesome, Parker, Lonnie, Chris, Justin and Romen. The workouts are intentional and focused on intense cardio and getting heart rate up. My final results as of November 12th was 27 lbs weight loss over 6 weeks and I couldn’t be more ecstatic about the results and Squad Fitness Huntsville!

I love squad fitness! It's a boot camp style workout with great coaches. As other posters have mentioned it is not an HVAC facility, as most of these types of gyms. They do try to keep their clients happy and comfortable in the summer heat and have just installed misting fans. I was never a challenger, so this review was not required or endorsed by squad fitness. They offer a wider variety of class times than some other similar gyms in the area, and do not require a contract. If you do the workouts and eat right you will see results!

I love Squad! This facility is setup for bootcamp style workouts. The trainers are amazing. Their Drop 20 Challenge is probably the most popular program. I'm doing the challenge now and I've got a week left! One drawback is there is no heat or air. There are several fans setup, so there is air flowing throughout. I haven't used the facility in the winter. I have seen great results since I've been doing the challenge, which lasts 6 weeks. I would DEFINITELY recommend this challenge! If you need a cooler environment when working out, go to the early morning classes at 5:15am or 9am. If you really want it... you'll make it work! 😉

When I first started the challenge I wanted a jump start in working out and on a healthier eating plan. A year ago I had a abdominal hernia surgery and u was scared to get back into working out without straining my body. I expressed my concerns to my big sister and she told me about a the drop 20 challenge. Once I did my research and went to the orientation I was sold. I was entering the Drop 20 challenge. Now, being an on-track runner I know different routines but working out with Squad fitness took me back to those glory days. They taught me how to control what I eat and how to properly workout using heavy weights. The family we have become is not like another. We depended on each other, cry together, laugh together and lift together! There is no other way to go! So I’m proud to say that I am sticking with Squad fitness to continue to fit journey.

Years ago, I was physically active, but in the last ten or so years, I had allowed myself to become inactive. As a result, my weight jumped up and I was out of shape. I joined the Drop 20 challenge in hopes of getting both of these under control. It was more successful than I could have imagined. I am down to a weight that I have not seen in over 20 years, and I feel in better physical shape than I have felt in a long time. The trainers for each of the workouts seemed to really care about our overall well-being, pushing us hard but modifying the workout for any physical problems that someone may have. But always to get the most out of it. After I almost had to crawl to my car following the second workout, by the end of the six weeks, I felt really good: exhausted but good. Thanks Squad Fitness.

When I started this journey with Squad Fitness I had no idea where it would end. Well let me tell you something this journey is not going to end. I have never gotten this kind of results from any other gym or exercise group that I have ever been a member of. I have not only lost 17.2 pounds but I have gained self confidence in myself. With the guidance of all of the coaches I have pushed myself further than ever before. I have built muscle in places that I didn’t even know that I had muscles. The drop 20 challenge in Huntsville has been one of the best experiences that I have had in a workout. At first, I wasn’t sure if I could last. But I had lots of help with encouragement from the trainers and other members of the squad. I not only survived, but lost 20.8 lbs and lost several inches in much needed places in the last 6 weeks. The atmosphere is like no other gym. When you walk in, you are always greeted by one of the trainers asking if you are ready to get it done. Squad Fitness has some of the best trainers you can find! They are always pushing you when you think you can’t go any further. If you are not doing one of the exercises correctly, they will get down and show you how to do it the right way. I am so glad that I took the challenge. I would recommend Squad Fitness to anyone that needs a big push like I did. I feel better than I have in a long time. I was having so much trouble losing any weight using more traditional diet plans. This really worked for me. The first week I had to practically crawl out of the gym but by the second week I could already tell a huge difference in my abilities. By week 6 I felt amazed at how much I had grown in strength and endurance.
The trainers are a huge asset!! They push when you want to give up and they celebrate ALL your victories- not just your weight loss.
This program gave me the incentive I needed to commit, get serious, and get active as well as a guided plan that maximized my success.

My goodness lovely people I'm getting around..So here i am yep a fitness boot camp at my age ok.
I started 3 weeks ago 5 days a week. Do you know what😰 . Where's my mother omg . lol look im 69 and was pleased with doing me you know. Set in your ways no one to complain about anything , you do as you please 24/7. Well i looked in the mirror and all i can say is these Trainer's are killing it over here. Yes im still here and loving the strength training even though every day is something new on the board you get what you put into it. And they see to it for everyone. So lookup Groupon and start saving for a fitter better you . So glad i did for myself👼

The drop 20 challenge is a really great program with incredible trainers that know how to push you and give you the motivation you need. They always made sure we were doing the workouts correctly and helped us when we needed it. The atmosphere is really positive and the workouts are always fun and challenging. We were also giving insructions with a meal plan, that was really simple to follow. With the right dedication anyone can be successful and complete the challenge. The classes are available throughout the day to fit anyone's busy schedule. I'm so happy that I made the decision to do the challenge because it gave me the right tools to be successful and lose 26 lbs in the 6 weeks. I recommend this program to Everyone. I have fallen in love with squad fitness. The trainers are awesome. The workouts are awesome. I come out of there sweaty and gross. This place really know how to push you so you can become the best version of yourself. Their easy meal plan was so simple to follow, that you literally had no way to mess up. It’s weigh day!! Final weight loss 27.7 pounds!!! Thank you God!!Starting this challenge, I was overweight, unsatisfied, and slightly depressed. I knew I had to change my eating habits because my life depended on it. Diabetes and hypertension are huge health concerns attached to my bloodline. I refuse to allow those diseases to hinder me in life! I decided to take action! I’m so thankful for Squad Fitness for pushing beyond what I thought I was capable of achieving! These past six weeks have been the most fun I’ve had in a long time while completing the Drop 20 Challenge Huntsville. When I started this challenge, weight lost wasn’t my number one goal. I missed being active and being in an athletic environment. However, I am super proud of myself for dropping almost 19 lbs! This program has literally been life changing for me. The fitness aspect of the program challenged me physically motivating me to push my limits. Even though at first it was quite the adjustment, I began to look forward to most of the workouts. I look at what I was able to do compared to now and there is no better feeling! The nutritional portion for me is what was most impactful. You literally are what you eat. When I started following the instructions of the meal plans my body literally transformed inside and out. I can’t thank all of the awesome trainers (Marie Broussard Justin Cabaniss Lonnie Key Crenshaw Brent) atSquad Fitness Huntsvillee enough for being so awesome in their own unique way. Tina Wicker is an AMAZING motivator and nutritionist. If you are looking for a fresh start on your fitness journey PLEASE do. They said "you will lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks if you do what we tell you". I lost 28.3. They said "we have exercises for people with health problems, don't worry you will still lose weight". I have disc and knee problems and if I knew about a different way, their way to exercise when I was younger I wouldn't walk around all broken down now. They provide the instruction, you just have to show up. Its serious exercise with a social aspect. They provide accountability, unlike all those big gyms that just want your money (the big gym never cared if you slept in or ate your feelings). Pass on this and you might still change your health or fitness. Get up and go down there and you definitely will.

I decided to join my wife in the drop 20 challenge so we could push each other and make it a competition between the two of us. Before the challenge, it had been several years since I exercised/worked out. I must say the first week kicked my butt. Now, 6 weeks later (and 31 pounds lighter) I can tell a major difference in my stamina. The trainers are incredible and definitely pushed me to my max. When I signed up for the drop 20 challenge I was tired of not fitting in my clothes lacked the energy and motivation to do anything about it. Doing the drop 20 challenge was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. No, it wasn’t easy, especially when there are all types of sweets and taco mama night at work, but it was doable. The trainers are amazing, encouraging, and will push you to do your best. They want to see you succeed. I may not have lost the 20 pounds, but I can tell such a difference in my body and energy level and can actually climb a flight of stairs and not be out of breath when I get to the top. This program has given me a great foundation and I will continue to live a healthy lifestyle from here on. I will be going back to Squad Fitness to workout in the near future. I recently completed the drop 20 challenge at Squad Fitness Huntsville. I lost more than the 20 and could not be more pleased with the results. I am very pleased with their services and it was nothing short of amazing being able to see myself as well as other participants being physically morphed. This is a great program for anyone looking to lose some weight! The trainers are all very positive and motivating, and want to help you meet your fitness goals. All the workouts were challenging and also fun. Every time I went into the gym I felt myself getting stronger and stronger. All the workouts are done in a group setting with trainers who will not let you slack off. I may not have lost all the weight, but I lost inches off my waist and stomach. My clothes are fitting better and I am feeling much better. This program gave me the accountability I needed to get into shape!

6 weeks ago I joined the Squad Huntsville's challenge to drop 20. I was prepared to forgo delicious food and struggle getting myself motivated to the gym and through each workout. None of this was the case. While the menu of recommended food was limited, it was easy to be creative with the meats, carbs and vegetables on the menu to make meals I enjoyed eating, that left me satisfied. The Squad strongly encouraged meal prep in advance to always have something at my fingertips in those moments of hunger. They also offered the option to purchase prepared meals by a local company, which I opted into and found convenient to have a 3 meals on hand to mix things up a bit. The workout environment was motivating and challenging, and I never left the gym wishing I hadn't come. The workouts offered a variety of exercises to keep things interesting and there were always options of how to approach the exercise depending on your level. The trainers were upbeat and encouraging to stay with the exercise and push yourself to the next level. With all the positive experiences in this program, what i enjoyed most was working on this challenge alongside so many with the same goal. The level of motivation was amazing, pushing me through the 6 weeks to reach and exceed my goal. Just signed up for 90 more days.

What a difference 6 weeks makes! Squad Fitness' Drop 20 challenge is no joke. Having gone into the program cold and not knowing anyone who had tried it before, I had my doubts about how it would work for me. I’ve been a pretty big guy for most of my life and have gone through a lot of the typical ups and downs that most people go through when trying to hit and maintain a healthy weight. Fortunately, any doubts I had were crushed due to the excellent Squad Fitness Trainers and a group of fellow challengers (of all different walks of life and levels of fitness mind you) who are right there doing the work, sweating, getting stronger, and losing weight with you! By challenge end, I had met my goal and I plan to lose even more and keep it off. The Drop 20 challenge is no joke. HOWEVER, if you follow the instructions, listen to the trainers, and bring yourself into it with a positive mental attitude, there is no reason you won’t succeed!

These folks are top notch. I was so out of shape when I started it was embarrassing. I desperately needed help and Squad was the help I needed. The workouts are designed to fit everyone’s abilities. If you’re reading this and looking for help with your fitness or weight loss I urge you to show up and work out with us. Every single person I’ve met in this program has transformed their bodies. If you are stuck in the day to day rut of life and need a change I highly recommend Squad Fitness! Step out of your comfort zone and do something for yourself! Something to better yourself! This is not your normal gym. This is a place of motivated people, working hard to achieve goals! After completing the Drop 20 challenge, all I can say is wow! I wasn't seeing the big difference that others were telling me they saw, until I actually saw my before and after pictures. This is a great place to go to get fit. I need that push and someone there to tell me to go harder when I want to stop. They make it fun and even though I didn't want to go some days, I'm always happy I did after a good workout. The trainers are great! The atmosphere is great and I know I'm going to look even better in the coming months! So glad I took a chance on this and I am on my way to getting my body back.

I participated in the Drop 20 challenge through Squad Fitness, and people keep asking me about my experience, well here it is.
I seriously LOVED it! The difference for me between this time trying to lose my weight (Yes, I lost 23.6 pounds) and previous attempts was the people. First, the trainers are incredible! They are always there to encourage you, to help you get the most out of your workout by making certain you are doing the exercises correctly, to offer diet advice, or whatever else you can think of. Second, you build relationships with other Squad members. I may only see these people at the gym, but they were all a part of me reaching my goal. I never thought that exercise could be an experience like this, and am 100% glad that I did it.

As a very shy and introverted person I was very hesitant to join the Drop 20 Challenge.After six weeks I feel I have really come out of my shell and I am now able to handle myself in social situations. I am stronger mentally and physically, more confident and a healthier, happier person all around since I started. Being here with my coaches and friends is the best part of my day. I first learned about Squad Fitness from an advertisement I saw on Facebook. It was for a 6 week 20 lb. challenge. I went to the orientation, not expecting to join that day, but I signed up. I went by myself and wanted to see if I could do this without having to get someone I know to do it with me. After the 1st week. I literally could barely walk on that Saturday. I was ready to quit, but I didn't. The coaches were all very motivating and pushed me to do my best. This challenge was exactly what I needed to get me started on my journey to being "Fit by Fifty". Let me start off by saying, I was very skeptical in the meal plan and workout in this program. I ended up diving in because I was ready to make a change in my life and plus a friend from work was ready also. He was signing up and so was I. I am so glad I did, the workouts are tough but fun and energizing. Reminded me of football two a days in high school. The coach's were always excited to be here and train us to our greatest potential. They are all friendly, and even if asked the same question multiple times, they are more than glad to answer. Squad is the place to be if you want to get you health, fitness, and life on track. Just Follow the Damn Instructions and you will see results! This place is not your ordinary gym. The exercises aren’t the typical routines you’d do at the gym. The trainers really care about you reaching your fitness goals and they learn your name fast. They push us and even if we dread getting to the facility, every workout becomes my favorite one after we finish it. I highly recommend doing the challenge or joining this gym. The trainers know how to help you get where you want to be.

This place and people are great! I lost the weight and feel great! I have learned how to live and eat right in this program. I would recommend squad fitness to anyone looking to improve their way of life. The eating plan is real strick but definitley achievable. The exercises were hard but rewarding. I have more energy now than i have ever had in my life. When i started the program i was prediabetic with high blood pressure which has now all vanished. This program is one i stand by and with to promote. This is a decision that im glad i made and would do all over again. Not only have it transformed my eating habits and body, it has also be mind transforming as well.

This is really a great program! The atmosphere is very positive and you can have fun while also getting in work! It is nice to have trainers on hand that are very helpful in making sure you are doing the exercises correctly! It doesn’t matter if you are a novice or a seasoned professional in terms of fitness, this program is something that can appeal to and benefit everyone! It is very convenient as there are many times throughout the day to accommodate most anyone’s schedule! They give you the blueprint for success, all you have to do is be committed and follow it! I just completes the Drop 20 challenge at Squad Fitness. Let me just say when I started I was overweight, tired, and hated the way my body looked. I went the orientation and thought there is no way I can work this program into my life. I work twelve hour shift in a busy WE, and thought I wouldn't be able to stick to my diet. I sat in that orientation and cried because I thought I would never be able to lose the weight. Then I thought to myself if you want it that much you have to take the first step. Let me tell you it's the best thing I have done for myself in a long while. The trainers kept me.motivated and gave me good advice. The support from friends, family, and coworkers has been amazing! I lost 20.6 lbs in just under 6 weeks! I feel amazing!! People seriously either don't recognize me when they see me or are amazed at my progress. Everyone wants to know how I did it. I did it with my squad! I'm staying at this gym, I love the energy and the family atmosphere. It's not easy, but it's so worth it and Tina Wicker and the staff are there every step of the way!

Started out with the 6 week challenge and now very excited to see what the next chapter at Squad Fitness holds. The work outs are very intense but no day is ever the same. Unlike most gyms you have to figure out what to do today. What to work out on and how much or how many reps. Not here!! Show up and show out is all you need to do!! The staff inspire you the members work hand in hand pushing each other to a successful work out. All of the coaches have pushed me to a better me. Squad Fitness is a great gym. The workouts of the day are challenging, but the coaches are right there with you to help push you to improve your performance. Squad Fitness, wow I was ready, I mean really ready to do something about my health. The Drop 20 Challenge popped up on my FB feed. I responded and wow, 6 weeks later I'm done 20 lbs!!! The Drop 20 Challenge was a true blessing for me. I am going to be a grandmother in less than a month now!! Can't wait😄😄 I plan to take her hiking and camping and all kinds of exploring. So thanks to Squad Fitness I am on my way to being a fit Sha Sha ( my chosen GrandMa name).
This has been the hardest 6 weeks but the most rewarding!!

Like others have posted I wasn't sure 20#s in 6 weeks was possible..for me. I lost only 5 lbs, however the inches off my waistline, thighs and arms mean more to me than numbers on a scale.. The trainers are dedicated, motivated and truly want to see their SQUAD succeed. If you show up, you will get a work out .. If you FTDI (follow the D@mn Instructions) you will see results. Questions they have the answers. With a class schedule to accommodate any schedule, you wont be disappointed. You will be challenged, and you will find comradery to get you through the workouts. The level of professionalism and expertise was totally refreshing. All the trainers were very positive and motivating. The workout was very challenging but the trainers at Squad Fitness helped me get through them and monitored everyone to make sure they were doing them properly. Drop 20 6 weeks Challenge was amazing. I signed up for this challenge via fb as I needed to get this weight gain under control. I kept saying if I could find some "motivation" or get a "jumpstart" to get me going. Let me tell you....I am so thankful that I joined. EVERYTHING I needed was there : motivation, accountability, healthy eating plan, and PERSONAL Trainers were all included. I didn't know if I was going to be able to stick to it, as I was already looking for excuses to quit but to my surprise I enjoyed it and looked forward to each WOD. The workouts were different each day. I was challenged and pushed each day but surprisingly it was Fun! I never knew sweating could feel so good and be so energizing. I met some great people of all fitness level who encouraged , motivated and pushed me every week. The training staff is amazing and supportive. I highly recommend Drop 20 Huntsville 😁

I cannot say enough good things about Squad Fitness Huntsville! It gave me a new desire to be a better version of myself when I needed it the most! The trainers, management, workouts, meal plan and especially the new friends and sense of community are more than I could have ever imagined. I have never been a member of any gym before, and have always worked out at home, so this was so far outside of my comfort zone, but that’s where life happens and I knew that it was going to be an amazing experience. Final weigh in and I have lost 21.8 pounds in the 6 week challenge! What a wonderful experience I have had at SQUAD FITNESS HUNTSVILLE and I will continue to workout with the SQUAD! The trainers have been phenomenal! Such a supportive and encouraging team. The trainers were also great at ensuring proper form and providing alternatives when needed. I have to give a big shout out to Tanisha who made the workouts fun, entertaining and worth every second! I loved how each workout was different and the boot camp and cardio mix ups each day. The facility is nice and the location is spot on and super convenient. SQUAD FITNESS HUNTSVILLE is the place to be!!! This experience has taught me a lot about myself and my new found commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Often times, challenges/stress have both been my downfall. I realized that if I commit to a healthier lifestyle, even though I may be stressed, I know that my physical body is being nourished back to normal. Squad fitness encouraged me to have an optimistic point of view and provided an atmosphere of inspiration for working out my total body. The workout plan and the diet plan helped me choose the healthier foods and portions for my food. Although I did not lose 20lbs, I immediately see results especially in inches. I started the Drop 20 Challenge 6 weeks ago, completely out of shape after not working out for 20 years (!). I had already lost a significant amount of weight and was looking to get past my plateau. The squad fitness training crew were tough, but fun and supportive. The workouts were grueling, but they modified them as needed so everyone could do it successfully, no matter the age, no matter the physical limitations or injury, and we were all in it together. The workouts seemed to get easier, not in actuality, but because I was becoming stronger and more fit. Don't get me wrong - they're still a challenge! The program works because it is so supportive and encouraging - and the personal trainers care and keep you accountable. On my own or at a traditional gym, I would not have stuck with it or seen the results I got. I am excited about my progress in a mere 6 weeks, and will continue beyond the challenge. Many thanks to Tina, who has an infectious smile and energy that she shares with everyone; Tanisha, who is fierce and strong and pushes us to do more; Brent, who never failed to notice when I needed personal encouragement and would stay with me when I didn't think I could continue; Lonnie, who is ridiculously upbeat and makes every workout so much fun; and Justin, for pushing us to try harder. I absolutely love this place! I have dug deeper and gone harder than I ever have in my life and it is paying off. This place is more than a gym, it is a community pushing ourselves and encouraging each other to do one last rep, run one last stride, go one more inch to reach our goals. The trainers are amazing and have truly perfected their skill. They are there BEFORE the 5:15 class starts and are full of energy as if they've been up for hours. These first six weeks have only been the beginning. I can't wait to see where I go from here with Squad Fitness!

I had kept telling myself I needed to do something. I was continuing to gaining weight. I was actually paying for a gym membership, but I wasn’t going. I was just making excuses. For example, I need a trainer to work with me and someone/something to keep me motivated. I guess God got tired of hearing my excuses because I saw the Facebook post for the DROP 20 CHALLENGE. I signed up for it. SQUAD FITNESS and the DROP 20 CHALLENGE was a godsend.
On the first day, I realized what I had in store for the next 6 weeks. I was up for the challenge. During the Challenge, there were people at all fitness levels. But, I can honestly say, this was a No Judgement Zone. The TRAINERS and Participants were always there and kept everyone motivated.
Each day, the Work Out of the Day, was something different. You never did the same daily routine twice. I really looked forward to them each workout. Some of the exercises were difficult. I could barely finish them. Now, I can tell a big difference in my progress. I am so proud of myself. Currently, I have only lost about 17 pounds. I may not meet the 20 pound challenge. If I don't, I can now fit in clothes that I had not worn in a while. I have more confidence in myself. I will continue to use all the training that I received during the challenge.
If you are deciding to take the challenge, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Awesome trainers, flexible class times, easy to follow meal plan, and a list of supplements to help you succeed (if you choose to use them). I initially thought it was a scam. I sat in the nutrition seminar waiting to hear "the catch"......it never came-there wasn't one! This is a group of trainers that sincerely want you to succeed. They recognize your ability and push you to meet your goal. They are available to modify the workout or answer nutrition questions you may have. Most important to me is the atmosphere and attitude of the other challengers. The trainers created such a supportive, judgement free environment. We are a team with one goal- healthier lifestyles!!! I am SO much better than when I started day 1. I'm not out of breath after WALKING up the stairs. I have more energy; I feel better. I had some difficulty keeping up with meal prep- which plays into how successful you are with sticking to the meal plan- but I am THRILLED with my results! I can now fit into clothes I couldn't wear. Those clothes I was wearing are a little too big!! I will be looking into a membership!

My 6 week challenge with Squad Fitness has come to an end. This has been the hardest and most challenging, but best, 6 weeks of my life. During this time I have learned to eat to live and not live to eat. For the most part, I now measure all my food. Portion control has been the key to my weight loss during this journey. It was vey simple, I didn't have to worry about counting points, calories, nor fat. This challenge has made me realize that I can survive without eating "sweets", who would have known...lol. Overall, I have noticed a difference in how I feel.
Moving on to the second part of the challege... exercise. The boot camps were awesome. I actually enjoyed every session, because each one was different. All the coaches were great motivators. They were very attentive and encouraged you to push harder, when they knew you could do more. Since starting boot camp. I can definitely see a difference in my strength.
Last, the third part of the challenge...adequate intake of water. Prior to the challenge, I was mainly drinking water. However, I was not drinking enough. The challenge has encouraged me to drink more water. As we know, adequate fluid intake assists with weight loss.
I say "Thank You" Squad Fitness coaches for believing in us and pushing when we wanted to give up, especially when it came to burpees and snail crawl! I am looking forward to more workouts with the Squad Fitness Coaches.

Wow! 6 weeks of the Drop 20 Challenge is over. It was HARD WORK, DEDICATION, NOT QUITTING. I wanted to quit several times, but I perservered through them all the obstacles. The trainers are with you every step of the way. Motivating and pushing you to your goals!! I really needed that. I am used to working out by myself, but having the trainers there, correcting, leading and guiding you along the way has made this challenge bareable.
I will admit, I was skeptical of how I would lose 20 pounds in just 6 weeks. In the past, I had been consistently working out 4-6 times a week, following a workout plan and eating semi-clean. I felt like the body results I wanted did not match up to my hardwork in the gym. I felt like I could "work off" all the sugar and carbs and be okay. Not true.
SQUAD FITNESS has a meal plan that is strict in what you are allowed to eat for the 6 weeks and it will WORK as long as you Follow The Instructions!! The Workouts were different every day so I was never bored. I got stronger and I started seeing a difference in my body by week 3.
Thank you Squad Fitness Staff and Trainers for making this Bootcamp enjoyable and for helping me get the results I was hoping for!!

November 6th 2017 was my first workout in the Drop20 Challenge Huntsville! I realized very quickly how out of shape I was as I struggled through that first workout but I was determined. Four weeks in the program, I injured my ankle / heal during a workout after which I limped out of the gym and could barely walk for several days but as I was leaving that morning I told everyone that was not going to stop me, I was going to meet my goal and continue to workout. I faced yet another obsticale...Thanksgiving, but I did not let that derail me either...the Squad staff and trainers help me to stay focused and i lost 2 pounds that week. During my last workout of the challenge, I could not help but reflect back to that first workout, a meer 6 weeks ago....the exercises were so hard then but now, they are easier...challenging yes but that's because I am in better shape and stronger so just basic actions like getting up off the floor or climbing steps are much easier. I still have a long way to go but I have learned its a lifestyle not a quick fix or a simple diet. I highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to make a life change! The Squad is very support, no one judges anyone, everyone is on the same mission...to get healthy and loose weight! Definitely no gym lunks here!

The drop 20 challenge is worth all of the hard work. It is not easy but nothing worth doing ever is. It is very team oriented, you work out with other challengers and the trainers are there for encouragement and to make sure you pushing yourself. Other challengers will encourage and push you too and will push them. You will be sore the first week but it gets better as your body gets use to working out. The diet is not bad. I never got hungry. It is well worth the time and money invested even if you don't lose the whole 20 pounds. You will still feel great because you will have at least gone down a couple of pants sizes and made it 6 weeks of working out. I would highly recommend it to any wanting to make themself healthier whether you need to lose weight or not.

The Drop 20 Challenge Huntsville was a great experience. The trainers were all great. They were also super encouraging. I did not know how I would do with this challenge but each week I felt stronger and better and the workouts kept me interested and motivated. The workouts were hard but definitely not boring. I loved the atmosphere from the staff and other challengers. Everyone was encouraging and I never heard anything negative from anyone. There were lots of options for times throughout the day and it was easy to find a time that fit into my schedule. It was a great experience and I would do it again.

Thanks to Squad Fitness I have started a new journey in life. On November 6th I went to the first workout of the Drop 20 Challenge thinking what have I got myself into, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. All the trainers are great motivators, they work with you to modify routines if you have trouble doing them. The workouts are challenging and effective, no workout is the same. Since starting this challenge I’ve changed my eating habits and I feel better than I have in years. I’ve lost inches and 25 pounds so far and feel amazing. I was taking a high dose blood pressure medication and no longer need it or the mouth guard I wore nightly for snoring. 6 weeks ago I signed up for "The Drop 20 Challenge". I was scared I wouldn't be able to do it, but I DID!!! I am so very happy with the results! The trainers are ALL amazing!! They are so supportive, full of energy, they get right in there with you and help push you that extra mile. They are so knowledgeable and they have become a special part of my life. I feel so good and have so much more energy! I Remember when I started I couldn't hardly do the warm up exercises and now I can without struggling. If you you are worried about not being able to do this because you have neck, knee or any other trouble, don't. I have neck problems and they have modified the exercises so I was able to do them and now my neck is stronger and I no longer have to modify them. This has been such an accomplishment for me and how I feel about myself. I am so proud that I did this!! Thank you Squad Fitness!!!

I did not like the way I felt (no energy) or the way I looked (no curves left, double chin, heavy face, thighs practically pushing against each other ;( ). I knew I needed to work out & eat better but I knew I couldn't just "go workout", I had not idea what I was doing. Then I saw the ad on facebook about the Drop 20 Challenge & it was an answered prayer. THIS is what I needed, motivation, knowledgeable trainers, & good complete body workouts! 6 weeks later I'm fitting into jeans I haven't worn in years, wearing slim fitting shirts, I"VE GOT MY CURVES BACK :)! My face is slimmed down again & I only have 1 chin; WIN! This challenge isn't the end of my working out, I'll be back at Squad Fitness to continue to maintain what I've gained!

When I showed up for my Drop 20 Challenge Orientation, I was desperate. I had such a drive to lose weight, but wasn't quite sure where to start. 20 minutes into the orientation I knew that this is what I needed to get my life back in order.
I signed up for the challenge that very night. After leaving orientation, I drove over to my old gym and cancelled my membership.
I haven't looked back since.
