Everyone’s fitness needs are unique. I aim to tailor workouts to each client’s needs, leaving clients feeling successful every step of the way!

Rebecca at Stronghold is the real deal. Not only does she have in-depth training knowledge, she is also able to impart this knowledge on a personal level to each of her clients. Her facilities are clean, well organized, and with equipment ranging from free weights, step-up boxes, and a TRX rig. I've seen many gyms and trainers in my life, but Rebecca at Stronghold ranks among the best. I highly recommend her whether you are continuing your fitness journey or just beginning.

I’m so grateful for finding Stronghold Fitness. Rebecca and Becky are always encouraging and positive. I enjoy my weekly workouts and both are always so helpful with training and ensuring that I am using proper form to avoid injuries. I love the atmosphere and feel at ease when I am there . I cannot say enough good things about Stronghold! Their training focuses on what you want to achieve. They help you set realistic fitness goals based on your age and abilities. They also encourage you to get out of your comfort zone without injury. I get more of a balanced workout with Rebecca in 30 minutes than I got in 1 hour group classes at the gym. They are great about modifying the workout if you are recovering from surgery or just have age-related aches and pains! At 62, I love the fact that I am stronger than I was when I was younger. I feel better and am able to keep up an active lifestyle. If you are looking for a judgement-free gym and trainers who are your biggest cheerleaders, I highly recommend Stronghold!

I have been doing strength training twice a week with Rebecca for around 6 years. Her expertise and joyful guidance has allowed me to stay very active. I’ve been able to maintain muscle needed as I head into my 60’s. My last bone density scan even showed normal bone density when I had osteopenia on my previous scan. Go see her and her team!

I decided almost 2 years ago at Christmas to give myself the gift of fitness and find a personal trainer. I had wanted to do this for years but was hesitant about the cost and if it was really worth it. Well, it has definitely been worth it! I feel so fortunate to have found Rebecca and Stronghold Fitness! As a little bit older (59) woman, I wanted to be challenged, but not pushed beyond what was safe. Rebecca has consistently crafted workouts to help me get stronger and build support for the areas where I have pain. And she makes sure that I am not doing anything to hurt myself, adjusting exercises as needed. The workouts are interesting and fun and she changes things up all the time. I’ve been racing Triathlons for 4 years and every season I end up injuried. More specifically my hamstrings and glutes become problematic as the season progresses. Last season, I started taking TRX strength training classes a few times a week with Rebecca at Stonghold Fitness. And guess what no more injuries. . . Even within the group training setting Rebecca monitors and adjusts your participation within a session to address your needs and individual weaknesses. Rebecca is awesome! She trained me for the Rocket City Marathon and organized my running and weight training program. My 5k time went from 42 minutes to 26 minutes and some change. My body weight went from 272 pounds to 226 pounds! Without Rebecca I would not have completed the Marathon! I highly recommend her, but be ready to work!!
