I have enjoyed and benefited from my sessions at Exercise Coach. The coaches are professional with instruction and encouragement. The facility, though small, has excellent equipment, and both facility and equipment are clean. My upper body strength, which was my initial concern, has increased, and the attention to balance is appreciated by me. Another thing I like is the time invested. A twenty-minute session for a workout fits into my day well. The app also keeps me posted on my performance.
