I'm a new participant at this business and so far it has been great. Your first two sessions are an hour long as they set machines up for you and acquaint you with how everything works. You can sign up for 1 on 1 workouts or group sessions with no more than four people. No heavy sales tactics, sign up was easy, is very engaged and pleasant to work with.

A friend recommended the Exercise Coach about 7 months ago. I went for the 2 free sessions and absolutely loved everything about it. Amazing results with awesome people. No wasted time. It's not only effective but is also fun . You will not want to quit. I had to stop for a few months because of a surgery and I missed it. My body started to ache and get stiff. After just a couple of weeks I was back to being pain free and totally agile again. Really great!!!

Exercise Coach in Madison is an outstanding place to take control of your fitness routine by improving your strength and flexibility. The coaches are highly educated and committed to working hard to teach you the correct form to avoid injury, develop personalized workouts to target any muscle group you prefer, and provide the extra motivation and encouragement to help you to reach your goals. They offer great support for anyone at any fitness level. The facility is very clean and with limited people, it feels like a very safe to exercise. Personally I have been delighted to workout with Justin C. and he has helped me take back control of my health and fitness and he has been such an encouragement. Was a bit skeptical of the benefit of just two 20-minute workouts a week, but after 3 months of this style of workout, I do notice improvement in my overall strength as well as my balance. The trainers allow you to focus on areas of weakness and provide good feedback and suggestions as you go through the workout. Itβs easy to be βtoo busyβ to work out, but when itβs just two 20-minute sessions a week, thereβs no excuse for not getting stronger!

Iβve been going to The Exercise Coach for nearly two years. Twice a week keeps my strength in check so I can take care of my grandchildren better. I still go for walks for cardio but strength training is essential for strength and balance as I have gotten older. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Check it out, give them a call!
