Gym is amazing. Constantly being updated as well with new equipment. Could desperately use one more deadlift platform as if someone is using it you are probably waiting 45+ minutes. Other than that 10/10 gym. The owner is a nice guy too. Legit the best gym i have ever been to.

The Lion's Den is by far the best gym value in Athens Alabama. There is 24 hour access at a very reasonable rate with no sign up fees. They have more free weights than any other gym I have been a member of with a large selection of machine weights and cardio equipment. You never have to worry about a piece of equipment being out of order because Steve ensures that the equipment is repaired or replaced immediately. Our family came into town for the holiday and needed a place to workout for the week. We called Steve at the Lions Den Gym and he gave us a great rate for the 5 of us. We were beyond impressed with the facility, the equipment, the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. This place is better than any workout gym we have in the Dallas area, and for what they charge per month and year to its members is outstanding and incredibly reasonable. Athens/Limestone County is truly lucky to have such a place in the community to workout.
