The Pound Fitness and Barbell has had a significant impact on my health and overall lifestyle. Since joining, I have lost over 30 pounds, gained considerable strength, and developed the discipline needed to stay consistent with my training.
The combination of Olympic lifting and CrossFit-style fitness offered here is exceptionally well-designed. I especially appreciate that the two components are separated; this allows me to focus on proper lifting technique without the pressure to rush, which greatly reduces the risk of injury. At the same time, the fitness programming still delivers an effective, challenging workout.
The environment, coaching, and structure at this gym are truly outstanding.

This is an amazing gym. We joined almost a year ago and have seen so many improvements in our strength. I feel like our coaches not only show us the proper movements but ensure we do it right. They focus on getting the movement right before going heavy.
The Pound is open to everyone! My middle schooler works out with me and my husband. Itβs great to share our lifestyle with her. Weβve made so many friends since joining. It really is one big family!

I cannot explain how much this gym has changed my life.
