The absolute BEST yoga studio in the Auburn/Opelika area. With a variety of classes (heated, sculpt, vinyasa flow, relaxing yin, etc), there truly is something for everyone + all levels. Love how experienced the instructors are — they give each person attention during class!

I’m in town visiting my mom and sister from Charleston, SC. I had an amazing practice with Heather as the instructor! It was definitely what my mind, body, and soul needed! The studio is bright and welcoming…I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town🙏🏻

Best yoga studio in Auburn! The instructors are incredible, the app to schedule is so simple to use, and there is great variety of classes and workshops offered. The hot yoga classes are my favorite. I can't recommend The Yoga Room enough.

There is something special about The Yoga Room! I started practicing here a few months having a baby and I can truly say it’s done wonders for me, mentally and physically. Every teacher and student here is so welcoming and happy that you’re there to flow with them. Also, the hot classes are A+! Forever grateful for TYR!

The class was very great. I enjoyed it a lot. The only reason for the four stars is a personal preference… I thought it was really cold in the studio and it’s a bit too bright for me

I have taken classes from a few different instructors, and without exaggeration they are all amazing. It’s a beautiful studio! But since classes depend on many different instructors sometimes there are hiccups - one instructor didn’t show up without cancellation notice :( The business handled it professionally by sending an apology email.

The Yoga Room in Auburn, Alabama is really a special place! If you get a chance to book a session with Jenny, she led one of the Best sessions I have ever had! My daughters live in Auburn, and if I get a chance to visit the Yoga Room, I am never disappointed! You can book per session. I highly recommend!! Wonderful people! Wonderful studio! Namaste! ❤️
