Thrive is the best! Whether you have a specific training goal, long time gym goer, or are looking to start being active for the first time, the workouts are customized to meet you specifically. I saw progress quickly when I started and have been going there over two years. Tyler (trainer) is super knowledgeable and the best of the best in his field. I can’t recommend him or the gym enough!

I HIGHLY recommend my sweet coach Rachel Thibodeaux & Thrive Personal Training. I have been training under Rachel since September of 2020. We joined forces when I qualified for a masters competition and needed to personalize both my nutrition and training plan. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness & wellness I have at my age (currently 46) if not for the personal attention that Rachel has given me. Rachel is focused on helping me achieve goals I could have never imagined doing on my own. The fact that she is the perfect example of what she preaches is a great daily motivator. Rachel is hands-down the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with!!! She takes the time to understand my personal goals and tailors workouts to help me achieve these goals. She is a great motivator and holds me accountable!! Rachel is also incredibly open-minded about different approaches to personal fitness and is constantly adding to her own knowledge and expertise in order to best help her clients!!!

I came to Rachel at 6 weeks postpartum and knew very little about what my body needed to recover from childbirth. Rachel was extremely helpful in educating me on nutrition and slowly easing me back into strength training and Crossfit. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re in need of a trainer for postpartum needs or someone to help you with fitness in general. She is hands down, the best trainer I have worked with!
