I love this place!

Clean, don’t have to fight for equipment, organized, and my favorite part is the atmosphere. Makes me want to come in and crush every single workout!

There is a wide variety of equipment, so they have everything needed to reach your goals. Great mix between modern and old school so you can become either Arnold or CBum

Love this place & have been coming here for around 3 years - they have a large variety of machines and the staff is friendly. Also love that it’s never too busy to get in a workout. I guess the only downside is that there’s never any soap or paper towels in the bathroom, so if you plan to wash your hands, maybe bring hand sanitizer :-/

I like that it has an old school iron feel but this place is dirty and unkept more than it isn't. Ive been to plenty old iron gyms so thats no excuse. I had a membership here when I lived in town before covid and the quality has decreased drastically. They have cloths that are reused to wipe down machines until they sour and smell. No paper towels available on the floor or in the bathrooms. Equipment is poorly maintained. Some cable machines cant be used properly. The facility may look like it has plenty of equipment but most of them are poorly maintained/out of order. Crazy to charge $29 + and an annual maintenance fee for this.

I’ve had a membership here over the past year but recently cancelled. The gym is filthy and machines are not maintained. The assault bikes have been out of order for at least 4 months. Women’s bathroom rarely has hand soap and their water filter in the fountain is never changed. Clearly the owner pockets all profit instead of investing it back into the gym. This place is a disaster.

Used to love going here, but now the owner is making everybody take their personal bars out of the gym or leave them in there unlocked so everybody can use them. They do not have any bars for powerlifting and are punishing us now by not letting us keep our bars in the gym to use. Get better/more equipment or let people bring their own personal bars

Very flexible schedule as it remains open 24/7. If you want to have a tour of the facility before taking membership, make sure you go with someone who has door pass and exit with someone who has door pass. Otherwise you won’t be able to get in and will remain stuck inside if you manage to enter the facility with the help of someone else. Visiting during office hours is best approach if you want to meet staffs.

This place has a ton of of potential that the owners simply don’t care to tap in to. There’s a lot of really great equipment, but a lot of it is severely neglected. (Ex: wrong length cables so tension isn’t right, diff stacks on each side of cables, filthy equipment, etc). They have posing rooms, but they are not available outside of staffed hours, so don’t plan on doing your morning checkins in them unless you wait until 8am. No one re-racks their weights which is extremely frustrating, and it doesn’t appear that they clean more than a quick vacuuming. There are also not barbell pads or ankle straps outside of staffed hours, so ladies-be sure to have your own on glute day if you lift outside of staffed hours!
Lots of cardio equipment, and enough equipment for every style of workouts (powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit). Cheap day/week passes if you’re visiting from out of town, and 24 hour access once signed up.
Like I said - lots of untapped potential that the owners don’t want to hear or address when brought to their attention. I’m a bodybuilder who has owned a very successful gym that drastically increased upon ownership, so this isn’t coming from a newb mindset.
