When you sign up with Train and Burn better believe you're going to get your money's worth. The classes are specifically designed to improve your overall body image, shape, and health, based upon "your" respective health goals. The only thing you have to do is show up and bring it each time. Consistency is key!
Within the last 5 months I've noticed positive changes in my overall strength (especially my upper body since that is one of my biggest weaknesses), as well as an increase in stamina. I feel completely supported, encouraged, and empowered with each session.

I was not sure if this was the place for me at first but I have actually found my tribe! The trainers push you to get to the your next level and get you out your comfort zone. Before Train and Burn I was comfortable using a 8lb weights. Now Iβm using 15lb to 18lb weights! Im so proud of myself. The Trainers really believe you can do it and encourage you not to give up. I received a meal plan and combining that with the training, I know I will reach my goals.

I have worked out at Train & Burn 3 days a week (most weeks) since December 2021. I have lost about 20lbs of fat and built some lean muscle. My non-scale progress is most impressive. I can now squat without using the TRX and do many of the routines without modifications :). Curtis takes the time to ensure your form is correct and he also challenges you to challenge yourself. The workouts are short in duration but effective at burning fat and building strength. The environment is very supportive!

Since I have been training at Train and Burn , I have lost several pounds and inches. I was on two blood pressure pills due to the fact that my blood pressure was in stroke zone and my doctor wanted me to have the weight lost surgery. To make a long story short, I am down to one blood pressure pill.
Mr. Starks is a very dedicated trainer as well as passionate about his purpose of helping people to have a healthy lifestyle. His studio atmosphere is very welcoming and encouraging to workout in.
