Many programs offer quick fixes but fail to deliver because they are unsustainable, have no scientific basis to get you results in the first place, or both. Being a parent it was very easy to worry about everyone else in spite of myself. Eventually I began to feel less and less healthy and more and more like I had lost control of my health. This started to concern me that I was cruising towards sickness, disease, and a negative health event in the future. That’s when I made the decision to partner with Treadaway training. The consultation and goal planning were great and they took my desires seriously without trying to sale me on a miracle supplement or another fad diet. The coaching overall is very rational and based on common sense that you can apply in all areas of your health improvement journey. The training portion is full of interaction with the team to not only push yourself but to try new exercises but to also do the exercises you enjoy. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Treadaway training. I have felt valued at all points in my journey and anytime I’ve had an issue or struggle I have been met with compassion all while still being guided towards my goals. If you are on the fence or just feel lost on what to do then this is the perfect approach if you are serious about improving yourself and reaching your goals in a lasting way.

Everyone has a different struggle. Mine was just the self motivation to go and get my body back in shape. Ryan made it very easy with his program and I really didn't have to make any massive changes in my day to day life either.
When I first started i was mainly worried about the way i looked. Sometimes I also was worried about my overall health. But the changes in diet and just the gym itself gave me so much more energy and as an athlete growing up and in college letting go of the gym I always thought it'd be impossible to start back. Not with Ryan I was moving and grooving the first week!
I've seen my body change in just 2 months. I've slimmed down majorly! Lost about 12 pounds w ease as well while still enjoying the foods I like to eat. Gym became more fun. If I missed it was odd I actually felt bad. I've never been a gym junkie always hated it but Ryan really made me think differenrly of the gym and makes me want to work out!

Before Treadaway Training I had tried just about every diet there was. I exercised but questioned if what I was doing was effective for how I wanted to feel and look. I knew there had to be a relationship between nutrition and exercise that I could use to manage my weight and health for life and end the fad diet cycle. Ryan Treadaway and his staff taught me how to do that. They formulated nutrition and workouts for me, gave me a guidance on both every week, and held me accountable to make sure I stuck to them. In about six months I have lost 28 pounds, 7 inches off my waist, and have reached my goal. Not only did I lose it, I replaced fat with lean muscle mass so I am much stronger and much more confident. I am almost 50 years old but feel 30 again. Life is too short to not have the strength and energy to enjoy it. Treadaway Training is the best! For decades I’ve struggled with my weight/fitness yo-yo-ing up & down with diets & even a couple of personal trainers, with not a lot of success other than short term results. Ryan gives you a plan that encompasses diet, exercise & accountability. It works! I had lost a fair amount of weight already & was thinking I just needed a little more loss & some decent muscle tone. Well I’m here to tell you that I lost a lot more &you can actually see the muscularity now! This is the smallest, most fit I’ve EVER been which is saying a lot bc I’m 62yrs old.
“Mom” can now keep up with her daughters shopping, taking walks or hiking in rough mountainous terrain. Before finding Treadaway Training, I was struggling with yoyo dieting and trying too many different fad diets with no lasting results. Before beginning this training program, I was not feeling as confident in my clothes because they were too tight. This program has helped me be more aware of the importance of nutrition and that I don't have to cut out certain foods out to lose weight or maintain. I am a client who lives in Florida. Ryan helped create a workout program around the exercise equipment I own. Each exercise on his app assignment to me had a video showing me how to properly do the exercise. I could record myself doing the exercises if I was concerned on my form. I have type 2 diabetes and some heart issues, that I tried to help with diet and exercise. But like most people, I didn’t really know where to begin or what to eat and exercises I needed. So my wife a I started walking, which helped, but we needed more.
So we saw some people that were getting some great results with Treadaway Training. My wife reached out to Ryan, because we knew of him, and knew that he is legit , and if these people are seeing great results, we could too. This is a lifestyle plan (not a diet) that works for busy (people) professionals. If you are looking for a quick-fix diet, keep looking elsewhere. If you want to have a plan and go to work, call Ryan.
"I'm too busy" is a horrible excuse I used for far too long. Ryan worked with me to create a flexible plan that helped me 1) get healthier, 2) have more energy, and 3) be more confident that I can prioritize my health for the long term.
"I can't afford it" is a bad excuse I also used for far too long. Most of us spend more money on poor food choices and entertainment than the monthly cost of investing in our health. Do the math, then go to work.
"It is too hard" simply isn't true. Most things of value in life take work, and some are even hard. Getting from where we are to where we need or want to be normally starts with honest assessment and is accomplished through disciplined work. If it's worth it, is it really too hard?

I am a Registered Dietitian in my work life, so I know the importance of eating well for health, but have always struggled with getting the results I wanted with working out. I would try workout programs, but they never worked. However, since I started with Treadaway Training, LLC a little over a month ago. I have already lost 8.7 lbs and 2 inches off my waist. I realize now those workouts were not tailored for me, but for someone else. For me, Treadaway Training is my own personal trainer....without having to go to the gym! Ryan set me up with an effective custom weight training and cardio program for use at home, even though I only have a set of dumbbells. And it works! The program is changed up every 4 weeks to make sure all muscle groups are getting the work they need. Ryan Treadaway for helped me lose over 50 pounds. Getting started is the hard part because you're breaking old habits while simultaneously forming new ones. It's typically a multidimensional problem, at least exercise and diet (if not stress, time.etc.). And that can make it overwhelming to know how to start, especially when you've tried and failed at it a few times already. Ryan helped me by showing me smart ways to form those new habits and having a little extra accountability in breaking the old ones. Some of the most important things I feel like I learned:
-Weigh every day.
-Don't drink calories.
-Don't mindlessly snack on garbage.
-It's better to waste food outside your body than inside your body.
-Exercise makes this process go faster.
A lot of it is about establishing new habits, bahaviors, and routines and it's not as hard to maintain them as you might think. Ryan helped me with that and he's going to have a lot more good advice waiting for you if you decide to ask him about his program.

Before signing up with Treadaway Training I had put on a lot of weight and was tired and sluggish all day long at work. Beforehand I started with Ryan I had hernia surgery, but he was very understanding and walked me through different options if my recovery hampered my workouts. The weekly check ins were both encouraging and very informative. He’s not a “meat head”, but a very well educated trainer. Before I became a member of Treadaway Training I was an occasional dieter. I would cut out carbs and lose weight for special occasions or vacations, then gain it all back when I started eating carbs again. I would get very frustrated when the weight returned. The older I got the harder it became to drop a few pounds, even when I would cut out carbs. This was an eye opener for me, the thing that had always worked for me wasn’t working anymore. (even if the weight loss was temporary, I would get some satisfaction from it)
Ryan helped me understand a lot about nutrition and exercise during the three months I was a member. I was able to ask questions about food and protein and he never made me feel inferior. It was all very new to me, I’ve never counted calories or weighed food, but now I do. I have lost 24 pounds in 3 months and continue to maintain my new weight. I have also toned up and that was a bonus, I just wanted to lose the weight. But, I have also added some muscle, nothing bulky, my fat just doesn’t shake like it use to. I am much happier with myself and I pay much closer attention to what I eat now, before I ate whatever I felt like, because there wasn’t any motivation there, but now I’m motivated to keep the weight off, so I’m making better choices. October 1st 2018. I made a lifestyle change. I started eating right. In the summers I usually walk (but don’t always eat right). But this year was different. Usually in the winter I go back to 0 exercise. My goal for this winter was to stay active and I wanted to tone up and was about 15 lbs from my goal weight. I contacted Ryan Treadaway. A friend told me about him and how he helps with strength training and nutrition. It was a great decision. My waist is down 4.5 inches and I'm down 17 lbs. Everything I do he sends me online. I have not met with him in person. I do this on my own schedule that works for me! Exercise videos and written instructions on the Treadaway training app. I knew nothing about weight lifting! Before Treadaway Training I had experience with a variety of workout classes. For the previous five years I had tried bootcamp style, weight training in small groups, kickboxing, and CrossFit while maintaining being an avid runner. I built up endurance and aerobic fitness throughout these workouts, but I never did see an actual increase in my muscular strength or size. I have done the Treadaway Training program consistently for the past 17 weeks. Working this program and maintaining a healthy diet I have seen changes in my physical appearance, and been complimented by friends on the muscular growth I’ve had. My max 1 rep on multiple movements have increased significantly by an average of 25%. My waist size has decreased, weight remained constant, and I’ve had an increase in bicep, chest, calf, and thigh measurements. I work generally 48-56 hrs a week that are 12 hr shifts at night in the hospital. Pair this with taking several college courses, and I believe it is needless to say that my schedule is fairly tight. When I reached out to Ryan I was what I had been for years: fat and mad about it. I was never the most athletic person in the world, but there was a time in my teens and early twenties where I had functional strength and wasn’t embarrassed about my appearance. For the past 7-8 years however, I had become weak, lazy, and exceedingly overweight. It affected my career choice, holding me back from a hurdle that my peers crossed easily, and it affected my self confidence.
When I reached out to Ryan I was looking for a plan, and looking for someone to hold me to it. I needed guidance on individual exercises and how to accomplish them. I wasn’t a novice at the gym, but I was far from an expert.
