This was my first class and Ashton was warm and welcoming. She gave me a tour of the gym floor and told me how everything would operate before the class started. Tribe is a place where women can come together and encourage each others wind and support each other when they aren’t feeling their best. ALL of the coaches are amazing. They help you in real time so that you do the workouts correctly and effectively. The facility is immaculate and they even have child care and a place to shower (with essentials all you need is a towel and wash rag). I’m so blessed to have found tribe they support you physically and spiritually which is so so amazing!!!

Tribe is the perfect gym for any woman in any phase of their fitness journey. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out a day in your life or if you are a personal trainer. You get 1:1 quality in a group setting for an incredible price. Everyone is so encouraging and there is an understood sense of community. Signed up to "get in shape", stayed for the emotional and physical torture. Deanna has an uncanny ability to spot me taking a break from across the room and never misses a chance to say "You dropped your weight Nicole!" or "It's not time for a break Nicole!"
I've learned that i have muscles that i didn't even know existed and now they stay sore constantly. Highly recommend if you enjoy being bullied (in a loving way) into better health.

After having major brain surgery along with a stroke I have started back my fitness journey with Tribe. These lovely ladies that coach in this gym are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your fitness level. I didn’t know that I loved to work out until I started going to Tribe. The exercises are so challenging but the environment is fun and the pace is steady and quick so, before I know it, the class is already over! It’s a great way to get your exercise in for the day as a busy mom of 2 toddlers who also works full time! I’ve never been one to come up with my own exercise regimen, so having a coach walk you through each exercise and be there to correct your form and push you is amazing. You just show up and put in the effort and they will tell you what to do! Love this gym!

Today was my first day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Deanna was incredibly helpful throughout the workout. The environment was warm and inviting, which immediately put me at ease.

I have had two very enjoyable classes. Today’s class was my favorite because I enjoy cardio, but I need strength training too. I was so very appreciative of the attention I received from Ms. Ashton today and the encouraging words. I am awkward at the moment as I’ve not exercised in three years or better, and everyone was so kind. Ms. Ashton made sure I had steady footing with my old knee and helped me at each station so that I received the most out of the workout. Definitely plan to attend again.

So, so glad I found this gym after recommendations from close friends. I knew after my first trial class that it was the place for me! Every class session includes such well-structured workouts and leaves me feeling so accomplished. I get so much done in those 30 minutes than I ever have when spending hours at a time in the gym by myself. Such a supportive environment with many amazing women I've met and gained friends in! Also, the spaces are kept very clean. I've genuinely never been more excited to wake up at 4AM every weekday and get ready to get my butt kicked (and sculpted). Deanna has done a great job building and maintaining this business and is also an amazing personal trainer. Would highly recommend to anyone considering!

Mandy did an incredible job! Although it was hard to hear her past the music, she really seems to recognize where individuals are in their personal physically journey. It creates a space where people can go at their own pace or be encouraged when they need the extra push!
It was also great to be able to leave my 3 month old with someone who was only a room away. The children’s space is safe and clean and their staff is incredibly friendly. It helped me focus on the workout and let go of some of the first time mommy anxiety.

I did the drop-in class to see what this gym was all about and I LOVED it. The workouts were challenging and the music was fun and pushed me. The environment was clean and the place is spacious. The leader was encouraging and offered feedback to help when I wasn't sure what I was doing. It is fast-paced and went by quick, too! 10/10!
