I can’t say enough good things about Brandy who works at the front desk. She always goes above and beyond every single day—not just for my kids, but for me as a parent as well. Whether I have questions about scheduling, classes, or any kind of promotions going on, she always takes the time to Patiently explain and find ways to accommodate my families very busy schedule And because of her efforts, my kids got to attend summer camp. She also took the time to reassure me that my kids are in good hands. That kind of personal care means the world to me. You can tell she genuinely cares and is invested in making sure both parents and children feel supported and valued. She’s truly a blessing to have at the front desk, Thank you for everything you do!!

Fantastic Gymnastics Facility!
This gym is amazing! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly passionate about helping kids succeed. The classes are fun, well-organized, and perfect for all skill levels. The atmosphere is so positive and welcoming — it really feels like a second home. We really love Brandi and Sabrina! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to grow in gymnastics!

I could not love any gym more!! They love and pour into my girls. When our family had an unexpected emergency they went above and beyond to help our family. I love this gym family and Sabrina is so wonderful answering questions, hearing concerns and offering solutions if there is one!

My daughter has been a part of the United competition team for 3 years. They offer top notch instruction from knowledgeable and friendly coaches. Not to mention the facility is amazing! I cannot recommend United gymstar and cheer enough if your child is interested in gymnastics.

Best in our area! My kids have been in gymnastics for years and this is the best they been part of. Coaches truly care and communicate well about their progress. The faculty itself is the nicest and best equipped I’ve seen anywhere around here. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Start date stated August 8 and was told I had an overdue balance and needed to pay for April. Really disappointing to have to pay for something my child couldn’t attend because there are multiple start dates in the parent portal. Definitely hope they fix that for future parents.
Staff refused to let me speak to a manger until my anger was very obvious. Still ended up having to pay $53 for a service that was never received.

My daughter joined gymnastics around 20 months old and we started her off in Enterprise. While I loved the staff there, there wasn’t much structure and it was more so free play. We switched to United in Dothan and the progress my daughter has made in just a short few weeks is AMAZING! Coach Chara truly takes her job serious and makes time for all of the kids in the short time we’re there.

My son participated in ninja course for approximately 3 months. The teacher was often late (15-20 minutes late for a 45 min course) and on the phone texting during the unchallenging class. I emailed to cancel the class per the online instructions at the time - email with a 30 day notice. I was charged multiple times after this. I sent numerous emails and left voicemails with zero response for months. I finally received a response letting me know I would get a refund. Approximately a month passed so I followed up again. Within a week the refund arrived - the check was written out to my 6 year old son. Luckily the bank was able to deposit it since he has a minor savings account, without this I would not have been able to recoup the funds. Be careful when signing up as you are required to give bank account/routing information and left with massively delayed and deflected solution(s) when wrongfully charged.
