We offer 24-hour member access, certified personal trainers, indoor tanning, HydroMassage, Matrix strength training, rows of cardio - including: treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, & stationary bikes; dedicated plate weight area, flat screen televisions, shower & locker facilities, free Wi-Fi access for members, use of all Workout Anytime locations across the country, guest privileges and monthly fitness evaluations.

The Wi-Fi never works I've tried to talk to the manager there and he always says they are working on it and it's never fixed. They have the password on the board but the Wi-Fi isn't ever available. Me and my family are considering different gyms.

This is a great place to come get a work out. They have a lot of different types of machines and a great free weight section. The monthly fee is cheap and also you can get locked in at that fee if it ever goes up. I love being able to come get a work out in before work. Or if I wanted to come at midnight I can. I love thos place

It's a nice place, but for out of shape people like me it would be nice to have a bench or two to rest on between workouts since I live far away. Also protein drinks or energy drinks and shakes would be good for customers and revenue. Besides that it's awesome

Pros: The staff is great, very friendly. Never too crowded. Plenty of cardio machines. Gym is clean, tanning beds are clean, and locker rooms are clean.
Cons: They only have one squat rack and one bar bell bench press. They don't really have room for any more, so it's not like they can just add some more without getting rid of some other stuff (cough smith machine cough). But if it's chest or leg day, you might have to wait on the rack or the bench. Still, that's better than a place like Planet Fitness that doesn't even have squat racks or barbell free weights.

If you don't want these people ripping you off, don't go here. I went here and explained to the so called manager that I didn't need anything long term. I lived in Georgia. I was in Boaz to work. I actually only worked out there once. A month later, they charged my card again. When I called their customer no service number, they told me all they did was handle stealing/collecting the monthly membership dues. They had no control over canceling memberships, or authorizing refunds. That I'd have to call the specific gym that I went to, and that gym would have to tell them to refund my money. When I called the "manager" and asked her to refund my money because, after all, I had only used their facilities once, she told me that she wouldn't do it. That I signed up and agreed to have my money stolen monthly. I live 5 hours from this location. Why would I agree to that???? When I signed up I knew that I'd only be working in the area for a couple more weeks. I hope the money you stole from me is worth it. I hope many people read this and go elsewhere to workout. So the friendly, customer oriented, manager loses her job. If I could give 0 stars I would. Places like this need to learn that they may get away with this kind of thing a few times, but the amount of business you lose because you hire morons that don't understand that the customer comes first, isn't worth it. This review will be here for the world to read. I wonder how many thousands will be lost because of it??

This is a great 24/7 value gym in the Boaz area. The employees are friendly and do a nice job of keeping the gym clean. There's a variety of equipment for all fitness levels, and they also have tanning, hydromassage and personal training available.
