This is the worst gym on God's green earth. The woman who works there is a horrible person. If you try to cancel your membership she will fat shame you. This gym is the antithesis of Planet Fitness. It doesn't make you feel comfortable it's not friendly or inviting. I have been lifting weights for over 15 years this gym is about the size of a garage with 10 treadmills of extra space. If there is more than 5 people there it is packed to capacity. In order to do any type of bench press do you have to move a bunch of equipment around. It's like having a gym in your house and your whole family is trying to use it at one time. I tried to call World Gym corporate but they don't have a complaint line I've called several other world gyms to try to get help to report this to them, but have been unable do so. The woman who works there said her brother owns the gym and I could not contact him, she is a evil mean-spirited punt. But she is family so I'm sure that's why she has not been fired. If you can join this gym for a dollar 99 a month then it would be totally worth it.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. The gym was never staffed when it was supposed to be which made it impossible to use the tanning or receive the instruction I was told would be a part of my membership, not to mention that it was incredibly unsafe. Now I am still having the monthly fee deducted from my checking account 3 months past my membership's expiration, no one is there during the afternoon hours (immediately after I get off work at 5, because I cannot take time off to deal with this) nor will they return my phone calls or email. I am much happier with Planet Fitness which is a MUCH BETTER gym with current equipment, well staffed, and great customer service.

World Gym is a mistake and a waste of time and money.

Great location just blocks from my house! 24/7 gym has everything I need and its cheaper than other local places. Equipment is always clean and the facility has plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, live weights and TV's
I love the staff there. Nobody cares that I can only do 5 pull ups.
