I love yoga gem! I've been doing yoga for 20 years at various studios, and yoga gem is one of my favorites. I've enjoyed every class I've taken there. The teachers are kind and supportive, and you can find a yoga class for any body! Whether you're a first-time student, have years of experience, or need a lot of props to support your balance, there's a class for everyone!

Liz Cambell helped me immensely. When there weren't others showing up for the class she spent some one on one time with me. She taught me how to breath and we did some guided meditation. Thank you Liz. It was very healing.

I first visited and enjoyed Yoga Gem as a student. The studio offers a peaceful, safe and comfortable space for practice. There are a variety of teachers and levels of yoga offered.

I am a proud graduate of their Teacher Training program. Liz Campbell is knowledgeable about a wide variety of topics. The teaching weekends and week-long intensive sessions were well-organized. Liz offers lots of encouragement to her students which helped us gain the confidence we need to lead classes.

She also brings in visiting instructors to add to the curriculum. I highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in teacher training or simply enjoying a wonderful class.

This yoga studio has truly been a healing place for me personally. I graduated from the 200 hour yoga teacher training that Liz, the owner, taught. My experience with training was equally challenging and rewarding. There was a good balance of discussion of readings and practicing the physical poses as well as having outside teachers come in to teach on specifics such as Sanskrit and breathing. Teacher training was one of the best courses I have taken in my entire life. Every time I attend a class, I’m glad that I did.

Really awesome place! The class was great and the instructor was super knowledgeable. I struggled a bit and she came over to help me get to the correct poses at my own pace. The place was easy to find and the frequent classes make it nice to fit in schedules. The temperature was nice; I'll be going back.
