I must say, AKtion treats everyone like family and are some of the best coaches! Robert has such an enthusiastic attitude to all the kids and treats them all like they are the only one in the room.

The coaches at AKtion are conscientious of the abilities of each athlete and helps them grow beyond their potential.

There are classes for all ages and levels.

I give them 4 stars even after having pulled my daughter due to the actual owner has great values and I see his passion and many other coaches for these girls and boys.

However,

Some lack the ability to communicate well with toddlers and have minimal patience to which was shown to me today when my daughter who is four * came out balling as the coach told her "if you can't do a front roll over you can't do gymnastics" she may have been attempting to inform my toddler but there is such thing as tactful wording especially to a four year old. Suggestion" in gymnastics we have to be able to do this so let's keep trying until we get better" I'm not opposed to tough love, but I am also not even a coach and I know how to avoid crushing kids dreams and passion.

I will not be retuning, but I do hope this coach re evaluates her approach to the young ones as she made my daughter not even want to pursue gymnastics and she loved it so much prior to this coach.

Excel is a great family friendly gym with activities for the whole family. They offer gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, and Judo. Their coaches are wonderful, and the facility is top notch!

We loved it here, my daughter learned so much at 3-4 years old! We moved out of state and have yet to find any gymnastics that compares to the quality of teaching we received here! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic place for the children to go, and learn gymnastics or Judo even. Heck why stop at the children when they even have adult sign up. Great way to catch up on that exercise while still spending time with the family. Definitely a must have for homeschooling parents to get the kids that much needed socialization. All three of our girls go here, and so will our soon to be born little man.

My daughter goes here for gymnastics every week, she loves it! Her teacher is so nice and respectful. She lets me know every time how she is doing and my daughter gets excited every time its gymnastics day. I absolutely love this place and am so happy my daughter is enrolled in their program

Best place ever. I used to live in Alaska when I was 7-11 yrs old and was on a competitive team. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. They were like a second family.

Felt very welcomed from the first day we started going there. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. I love that they offer homeschool programs for kids with no experience all the way to their team program. They also have great programs for preschool age kids during the day and an inexpensive open gym once a week. My kids always ask to go.
