Travis was great! I am a college athlete and he did a great job and provided a workout plan that pushed me. He also kept me motivated throughout the summer, I would definitely recommend! Gym was also very nice and clean!

I have been working with Arctic Iron trainer, Cassie, for about 3 months and it has been an excellent experience. I started with a few one on one sessions in the gym but needed to move to their online app with monthly zoom session for check ins. This has worked out amazing. My sessions are tailored to me and I can do them from my home, I just follow what is outlined in the app., takes the planning days/weeks out of it for me which is great and time saving. If I have questions, I put them in the app and get a text, call, or we go over it on my check in, depending on the urgency. All past injuries and concerns were taken seriously and my workouts adjusted/tailored accordingly. I have been building strength and I feel the difference. I started out with being able to do only 1 push up and working with 5-8lb weight. I am now able to get 6-7 push ups (still working with shoulder/neck pain from previous injuries) and work with 10-45 lbs, depending on the exercise. I highly recommend Arctic Iron personal training to meet your desired fitness goals!

Working with Travis has completely changed the way I approach fitness.
I’ve always been active. I was regularly in the gym three to four times a week, along with hiking and biking on the weekends. But until I trained with Travis, I didn’t truly understand what being fit meant. His focus on functional training has carried over into every part of my life. I’m a better skier, biker, and hiker because of the work we’ve done together.
At first, I thought I’d train with him for a few months just to pick up some tips. Instead, his approach has kept me showing up consistently, even on days I would’ve skipped the gym.
If you get the chance to train with Travis, take it. You won’t regret it.

I do 1:1 training sessions with Cassie and take the group class taught by Travis on Saturday. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in my fitness journey and both trainers have been a huge support in helping me reach my goals. I highly recommend this gym and these trainers!

Prior review by KKCC Z is a made up experience and shouldn’t determine your decision to give this business a fair shot. Support local small businesses.

I had a disappointing experience with the trainer Cassie Bryk. They seem to target the military spouse community to grow their social media following but lack professionalism. They canceled my appointment at the last minute and were unresponsive when I tried to communicate. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Travis is the best trainer I have ever worked with. Travis has helped me strengthen and engage muscles I have always struggled to activate myself. He creates fun and dynamic workouts that are different at every session. If you have ever considered personal training Arctic Iron is the place for you!
