Auke Bay Yoga became my yoga home for my brief time in Alaska and I could not be more grateful for the community and peace it brought me. The studio offers a variety of classes, so there is always an option suitable for everyone. The instructors here are the most knowledgeable I have ever practiced with and offer great cues and hands on assists. I could not praise this studio enough, it is such a special, sacred space to deepen one's practice and be uplifted by other members and instructors.

ABY is where I became reconnected with my yoga practice. The community is incredibly welcoming and soothing, and classes are accessible with a pay-as-you-can model. Usually finances are a big barrier when it comes to yoga practice, but now I am able to show up consistently and not worry about the cost. I feel so lucky to have this place in Juneau. The class schedule is varied, great timing and amazing instructors. I came in after surgery recovery and always felt so comfortable with their suggestions for adaptions for the moves and its such a peaceful place. The app for scheduling is also super easy and they are quick to respond to any messages through there as well. Thank you!

Auke Bay Yoga is something Juneau has been missing for a long time. It’s a welcoming, warm inviting space where people come together to practice yoga of all different levels. It’s also a place for people to be supported through emotions and release. I feel this place is very therapeutic and Lindsey has a wonderful sense of community. The teachers are kind and patient with adjustments. Also the building itself is so cute with different decorations and plants, every time I walk in I already begin to feel lighter! I recently had the good fortune to be invited to attend Lindsey’s Roll + Restore Class while visiting Juneau. My first impression was how peaceful and welcoming the space is. As Lindsey led us through the session her instruction was helpful and the movements were effective and relaxing. I highly recommend the Auke Bay Yoga as a place to find relief through movement with experienced instructors. There is inner calmness, spiritually of the soul and mind and physical strength to be found at Auke Bay Yoga.

The opening of Auke Bay Yoga (ABY) is the best thing to happen in Juneau in a long time. The moment I first walked through the door, I felt like I had just returned home after a long journey. The studio is welcoming, peaceful and warm. Along with the stunning details and beautiful natural lighting, ABY offers essential yoga tools, wide-ranging classes and special events, and truly wonderful and insightful yoga instructors.
