I have been training with Fearless Fitness for almost 2 years. I signed up after an ankle/foot injury so that I could get back in shape without hurting myself. I really needed the accountability for showing up and putting forth my best effort. My previous workouts consisted of walking on the treadmill and occasionally lifting some weights without knowing what I was doing. I was mainly focused on losing my “baby weight” after 4 kids. But after training with Fearless, I have become much more confident in my physical abilities, increased my flexibility/posture, felt a decrease in pain, and I am more focused on gaining strength instead of a lower number on the scale.
The class times are convenient for my schedule and the coaches are always looking for better ways to train. There are people of all abilities who train in the group sessions and every exercise can be tailored to your level of fitness. Everyone is encouraging and it’s not a competition with each other. It’s a competition with ourselves of who we were and what we could do yesterday. I highly recommend Fearless Fitness to anyone looking for a new gym family that you will want to stick with.

I’ve been working with Brady Dale and Fearless Fitness on and off for almost 5 years. When I started I was very overweight, had chronic inflammation, back, hip and foot pain, poor balance, and no motivation. Brady helped me to learn good habits, the importance of good form and posture and daily stretching. Brady really listened to my needs. Emotional, physical and mental. After a few years and a broken ankle it really sank in. I started doing what he had been telling me all along. Fitness had always been about weight loss before and I was able to make a mental shift that it was about health, both mental and physical. I began to stretch daily, move daily, eat real food. I started doing what brady had trained me to do and the weight began to come off, my balance increased, my mental health got better. I felt good. I made a commitment to start working with Brady and Delaney Peters several times a week and my strength increased. The most amazing part has been that with working on my posture with brady, my pain is 100% gone. I turned 50 this year and I feel better than I have in 25 years. My health has improved, my weight is healthy and my strength and endurance are improving. I have made some amazing and motivational friends in this journey and I recommend Fearless Fitness to anyone at any point in their journey.

My experience with Brady is second to none. Every workout we have done can be modified for every person that is there depending on their current fitness level. He is always encouraging me because let's be honest...some days you just don't want to do it! My favorite part is the focus on correct movement, core strength, and stretching. I'm stronger and way more flexible than I was four months ago. Thanks Brady!!!

I’ve been working with Brady for 3.5 years and have made great strides in my health. I’ve gone from a size 40 waist to a 34 and my % body fat has drop considerably.
We work on everything from strength to mobility to diet. He makes classes fun but also challenging.

Brady is the best! He takes the time to show you and explain how to do exercises properly. When you do group training sessions its always a friendly environment with amazing people. It's fun because everyone challenges eachother in a very positive way that makes you push yourself. Each time I train with Brady I learn something new, from trigger point therapy, stretching , new excercise moves and yes even breathing techniques. If your wanting to make a life change by getting in better shape I would highly recommend joining Fearless Fitness you wont make that journey alone!!

I have been working with Brady for over a year and a half now. I started with him when he was a trainer at one of the gyms in Wasilla and followed him when he ventured out on his own. Some people said I would be missing out by not having training at the gym. I have to say, I have not been disappointed. I feel my workouts have been more challenging and I have seen better results. I really like the chest monitors we use as it helps tell me when I need to step it up. I would recommend Brady to anyone looking to get healthy or looking to change up their current routine.

Fearless Fitness is the best workout experience ever. Brady Dale is an amazing trainer. He always has fun and exciting workouts. I’ve been training with Brady for over a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training several times a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into the sessions, and then took on personal one-on-one sessions as well!
Brady is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more balance and core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find myself looking forward to my workouts every day, and I am looking forward to continuing my weight loss and strengthening journey with Brady at Fearless Fitness.

I’ve been training with Brady for years and he is amazing! Super knowledgeable in the field with intense work outs but also very understanding of injuries/struggles with different workouts and is willing to work with you to find alternatives.
One of the few trainers I worked with who’s in it because he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see them succeed and be healthier and happier. If you want you want to get a great personal trainer and who’s super awesome you should see Brady!
