We initially signed up for a trial session at the start of the 2024-2025 calendar year. The trial required payment, which was supposed to be credited toward the annual and session fees if we decided to sign up is what we were told when we originally called to inquire about sessions. We did not ask for this information, it was volunteered. I actually appreciated the trial setup—more businesses should offer this.
However, the experience after that was disappointing. There was a delay between the trial and when we signed up for the sessions, so we called to confirm availability for our preferred time slot. My husband was quoted a total that reflected the trial credit, but when I went in to pay, neither the quoted total nor the credit was honored. While I let it go—mostly because my child was so excited about attending—it was frustrating to see them backtrack on their own policies over $30.
We completed the first session, and when it came time to sign up for the next block, there was clear advance notice posted in multiple locations. I appreciated that, and I was able to sign up without issue. However, for the following session, things took a turn. This time, there was only one sign posted in an ambiguous location, and I only noticed it on my way out of the building during the last session. When I stopped by the office that day, no one was at the desk. The business appeared to be closed for the holiday period, and during that time, I didn’t see anyone at the facility on the handful of occasions I drove by.
When the new session started, I called to inquire about availability and was told the class was full. I accepted this and asked to be placed on a waitlist. Two hours later, my husband went to the facility in person, where he was told the same thing but also witnessed them adding our child’s name to the waitlist in real time. This confirmed they hadn’t actually done so when I called earlier, which felt dishonest.
The inconsistencies in how this business handles payments, credits, scheduling, and waitlists are frustrating. I’m trying to pay for a service they’re essentially turning us away from, and it’s not a good look. While this business may thrive because of limited options and low competition, their lack of organization and honesty is doing them no favors.

Great place to get your kid into gymnastics. My daughter has been going here for awhile and we love it. The coaches are great and there is so much to do. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get their kid involved in gymnastics.

My girls are going to Gymnastic Inc. for nearly one year. And I can honestly say their experience has been enjoyable. As a parent I have gone to the office with many questions and comments. The office staff is always ready to help answer questions or address my concerns. My biggest complaint would be the parents that correct their child from the balcony. It's very distracting to the entire class.
