Very accommodating. Very friendly. Great staff. I think its been almost two years. I've worked with Tyler mostly, he is quite attentive and knowledgeable. I was in a bad place. My movement and muscle mass had been eroding. Small injuries occured often, my balance was suffering and I was getting fatter. Longevity Lab brought me back from the brink. I still have a ways to go, but now Im more motivated, less depressed, and my outlook on existence is more positive.

Working with Nico has been life changing for me. I started training with him about 18 months ago and I am a raving fan. His attention to personal abilities and weaknesses makes for a safe workout. He has a vast knowledge of the human body and particularly an aging body and is able to make adjustments in real time if there is a physical limitation. I no longer have back or knee pain.... conditions I thought would be with me for the rest of my life.

LongevityLab offers the best in Strength Training. I cannot say enough about the quality of the training at Longevity Lab. Iβm interested in strength training both for general health and as an adjunct to other activities. The results of my training have far exceeded my original expectations. Iβm stronger, have better balance, better posture, and better performance. Although my primary trainer has been Nico, Iβve observed all the trainers at Longevity Lab. They all approach their work with the highest degree of knowledge, concern for their clients particular needs and desires, and professionalism. Also, and no less important, itβs a really fun place to train - great people, great atmosphere.

Nico and his trainers are THE BEST in town. They have a scientific and an intuitive understanding of movement and physiology, and they watch you like a hawk so that you don't get injured. I've never experienced performance results like I have with Longevity Lab. I no longer feel fragile. I feel STRONG!!! In addition, the facility is impeccably clean, the equipment is of high quality, and there is ample room to move around so that you don't feel cramped. You definitely get what you pay for at Longevity Lab.

I've been going to the group classes at LongevityLab for over a year now. Previously I never felt comfortable doing compound movements with heavy weights. But over the past year the crew at the studio have taught me the correct way to perform the exercises and now I'm lifting much heavier weights. Their approach towards living a quality life is also right in line with my wants. Give them a chance! It's really fun!

I have been working out at Longevity Lab for the past year. Jacob has helped me to increase my strength as well as endurance and feel capable of doing way more strenuous physical activity than I thought possible at age 65. I love that this is a small gym with great equipment and personal attention to help me achieve my goals. I enjoy my personal training sessions or working out with my BFF and Jacob is always willing to accommodate our changing travel and work schedules. Apart from the challenging group classes there are rarely more than 2 or 3 clients training at the same time. Anyone who thinks they are too old or out of shape to work with a trainer think again! Nico, Jacob and Vanessa will help you get started and succeed.

I've been training with Nico for over a year and a half and have loved it the whole time. My Mom trains here as well as other friends and family and I cannot recommend it enough. I can now lift more than my bodyweight and recently crossed a set of monkeybars for what is probably the first time in my life (I'm 38). The studio is a lot of fun and all three trainers are quite friendly and professional. They are experienced and knowledgeable in body mechanics, anatomy & physiology, proper technique and many other aspects of physical training, health, nutrition and fitness. Nico works with me on specific goals when I have them and when I don't, he develops a well rounded program rooted in strength training. I've learned a lot in my time training here and look forward to keeping it up.
