I took the rise & shine heated class this morning and loved it! It was just warm enough to loosen my muscles up for a great stretch. It was the nicest thing I’ve done for my body in a long time!! Just what I needed - great music too. Look forward to making this a part of my weekly routine 😁 -Bre

I recently moved to the valley and Midnight Sun Yoga Center is the third studio I've visited since my relatiocation. I didn't think it was possible to find a yoga studio that made me feel as comfortable and satisfied as I did with my previous studio, but after my search throughout the valley, I've finally found it! I live 20 minutes away from the studio, but it is 100% worth the commute. You won't find a friendly staff or diverse class offering anywhere else in the valley. This studio has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to making it my second home.
