My daughter has been a member of Peak Fitness for 3 years. In that time her transformation has been amazing. She is a Varsity level high school athlete. The best part of Peak is they train the athlete holistically. My daughter benefited from the physical training but also the from the mental and spiritual aspect. The staff inspire confidence and promote a positive mind set to go along with making strong athletes. To perform at your best, you have to train in all aspects. My 12yo son started taking the classes for teens and preteens with Coach Ben and Coach Carter. He was resistant at first, but the coaches make it so fun, he now looks forward to going to every class. I am a long time runner, who over the years has struggled with knee pain and injury. I have been attending my two-a-week trainings with Ben, Carter, and Nick for only three months, and can honestly say, I am on the road to being my younger self. Fantastic gym! The coaches and community make it easy to walk in no matter how much you do or don’t know about strength training.
I am a mom of small kids and a business owner who is always on the run, I thought adding one more thing to my plate would tip it right out of my hand. But I took the leap anyway and I have to say not only did it not add to my stress it helps me feel more balanced and centered to take on all my other to dos. The coaches and other members have each added one more hand to that tippy plate.

Aside from the mental support this gym has provided for me it has also made me STRONGER! Parts of my business require a lot of heavy lifting that in the past would have left me barely able to move from back pain. The work I have done at the gym has made the harder parts a bit less hard but with way less pain and that’s just 6months in, I can’t wait to see where I’m at when I hit a year at Peak Performance!

Ben, Nick and Carter are all extremely knowledgeable trainers. I've been doing small group training for the last couple months with them and have learned more in that time than the entire year I spent with my last trainer. They are on top of correcting my form, teaching me everything I want to know, focus on progressive overload and are really encouraging. I enjoy the consistent positive atmosphere and individual attention they give to everyone. I'm grateful to have found them!

I have been attending group semi-private workouts for over 3 months now. The workouts are specifically designed for me based on my fitness goals which include staying healthy and un-injured so I can enjoy the activities I love to do. All of the coaches at Peak Performance are extremely knowledgeable, patient and good-humored. They are always willing to answer questions, explain in detail the what and why, adjust a workout if needed and give a high-5 just when you need it. I have been going to Peak Performance for little over a year now. I was referred to Ben and his team by my physician after I expressed an interest in beginning a strength training program but didn’t know where to start. Through their semi-private personal training program, the coaching staff was able to design an individualized program for me beginning at the physical level I was at and then building up from there - all while instructing me on proper form and recovery to avoid injury.

The atmosphere is so encouraging. Since everyone in the semi-private session is working on their own program, it allows versatility while still having a small group atmosphere and comradery. They even provided me with an “at home” workout program when I was out of town for an extended period so I would be able to keep on track. It is this type of support and accountability that I believe sets them apart from other gyms. I would highly recommend Peak Performance!

How much do I love this gym, the coaches, and strength training? Enough to go to a 6:30 am training session because I had to miss my 8:30 am session yesterday and I didn’t want to lose progress. Me! Who 6 months ago would have told you I hate exercise, but now I look forward to my twice weekly, personalized, semi-private sessions. I started in February and it has literally changed my life, I’ve lost over 20”, am down a size (almost 2) in clothing, can lift a saddle with little effort, and mount my horse without convincing myself I can do it. I have felt so supported! The coaches absolutely encourage any small improvement, make modifications when necessary, and are gentle in their corrections. I have been recommending Strength Training and Peak Performance to everyone! Did I mention I’m 67 years old? If I can start now, anyone can. I am still in shock how much I love this particular form of exercise. Just do it!

I’ve been training at Peak Performance for two years and can’t say enough about how great this gym has been. Coaching staff provide excellent tailored and progressive strength training programs. Feedback regarding form and technique is constant. As an endurance enthusiast with little strength training experience I have greatly appreciated the gradual progression. I have noted significant improvement in the outdoor pursuits (skiing, mountain biking, hiking/climbing, whitewater paddling etc) I participate in since starting strength, flexibility, and balance training at Peak Performance. Coaching staff are careful to tailor programs around existing injuries and to prevent additional ones. They are also very motivated to help people find and attain their personal goals. I would recommend this gym to anyone but especially those who aren’t sure where to start their strength training journey. Lots of evidence suggests strength training is key to living a high functional life in the long term.

I love coming here. I was sick recently and was out of the gym for several weeks. It was so easy to jump right back in because my trainer modified my workout. It reduced the mental load of getting back in the gym, which has been my problem at regular gyms in the past. I know that all I have to do is show up and the rest is easy.

I could spend a few hours talking about how wonderful Ben and his team are.
With Ben's guidance I was able to keep a consistent exercise program in place for almost a year and a half.
The semi-private sessions are amazing for guidance and personalization without feeling like every movement is under the spotlight like it does with one on one. For me, it built confidence and familiarity. After awhile, your so used to the routine that little guidance is required but always accessible if you aren't sure how much weight to add or someone to second witness your form.

This year my life had changed and I was unable to get into Peak Performance due to location/timing, Ben has been so understanding. He has worked with me over and over again to figure out what might work and help me get consistent with my goals.

All of this has come into sharp focus as I have been independently strength training at a different gym when I am out of town. This is only possible because of the time I spent with Ben/his team and their programs. The gym can be so intimidating but Ben not only breaks down and explains the reasons behind the movement, he teaches how to make progress.

Ben prioritizes healthy habits, warm ups and recovery breathing. We are so lucky to have him in our community.

Peak Performance Strength and Fitness has been a game-changer for me. When I joined, my shoulders were causing me a great deal of pain from years of abuse and improper lifting habits. Ben (head coach) recommended that I go to a physical therapist for a proper diagnosis. Communicating directly with the therapist, he designed fitness programs that would optimize my rehabilitation.

Two years after having my third child I was feeling determined to get moving again and after only 3 months of consistent training, I’m amazed and proud of myself of how far I’ve come with the huge help of the coaches. This is no ordinary gym - the coaches are knowledgeable, motivational and genuinely care about each individual and their custom workout programs. And the community is welcoming and supportive!

Having the guidance and support to know what to do, how to do it and when to do it is exactly what I was looking for and they have delivered. Staying consistent has been easy knowing I will never be “lost” on what to do or how to do it in the gym. Peak has helped me see how much potential I have and I am excited to see where I go.

I started, at Peak early 2023 to build strength, gain knowledge, have specific help in reaching my goals, and be a part of an amazing community. The atmosphere here has been so much better than I even expected. The coaching is the best, most knowledgeable and friendly ive ever experienced. I’ve been in the StrongHER group at Peak Performance S +F for two years and I have no regrets taking that step into the “better you, better health” world. I’ve never liked going to a gym or doing group workouts but now I look forward to coming to them, 3x a week! I needed structure and someone to help hold me accountable and keep me on track. Ben Cagle is an amazing trainer! He always has a “can do” attitude and my time and progress at the gym wouldn’t be as successful if it wasn’t for his knowledge and encouragement. I also want to say how fun, supportive, encouraging, and empowering the ladies in my class have been. It’s a comfortable environment and I never feel judged. I’ve formed lots of friendships and now we’re like a family. Strength training has helped me become mentally and physically stronger. My overall strength has improved tremendously but my leg strength is where I’ve noticed the biggest difference! I have more confidence to try more difficult hikes, I smashed my goal of a 600 lbs sled push, and next summer I am doing my first half marathon. I am super thankful for Ben, the new coaches Taylon and Rachel, the gym, and the ladies I workout with!

I had just completed 6 months of physical therapy for extensive tearing in the cartilage surrounding the right and left hips. I was looking to build my strength back up after a year of in activity when a good friend recommended Peak Performance to me.

After meeting with Ben I decided to give it a try. At first I was completely intimidated due to my age, 66, being out of shape and very concerned about reinjuring myself. Now after completing my second year working with Ben at Peak Performance I am thrilled with my progress. I am doing strength exercises and moving my body in ways I never knew I could. I have built strength, flexibility and in the process have dropped two dress sizes!

I really appreciate how Ben doesn’t push me beyond my limitations, if an exercise doesn’t work he finds an alternative, yet he challenges me. His expertise and support sets all of us up for success.

I appreciate the system Ben has designed for Peak Performance and I highly recommend him if you want results.

I started training with Ben in mid April based on a referral from a friend. He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I have been lifting weights for a while now, and I have seen improvements in my lifting form, strength, and body awareness since joining his gym. As a mother of small children I am constantly lifting 20+ lbs each day. With Ben’s training and cues in the gym, I have carried the “cues” to my everyday life- i.e. bracing before lifting said 20lb toddler. Ben’s quality of training and attention to detail is definitely what I have been looking for to take my training to the next level. I also appreciate that he doesn’t just load up the weights to work you to a painful and fatiguing recovery. After a morning session I feel energized and optimistic about the rest of my day. Our family has been members of this gym for almost a year. Our teen daughters, my husband, and I have benefited so much from the coaching we have received.
