I just started coming and love it. People are great and can bring my kiddo! They are so helpful and helps ease back into the gym after having a baby. I dont feel judged even when i have no clue what i am doing. 10/10 recommend for pp mammas. Veteran owned and gives back to community with great discounts for veterans and first responders! Dig the vibes and makes me want to come in to focus on my goals, which is key as a mom!

I visited Alaska this summer and didn’t expect to find a gym nearby. I learned of R and N gym online. Upon visiting, I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and worked with me to add a short term membership during my visit. I’ve been to many gyms through the years and can say that this gym has everything anyone could want/need in terms of equipment. To me, a gym like this is for serious minded fitness enthusiasts in comparison to many of the corporate “gyms” that exist. If you are in the area and in need of a quality gym, I strongly recommend checking out R and N. Guys, thanks for all you do!

They really need to invest in A/C as the doors open don’t help and mosquitoes get everywhere. They need more space since everything is jammed together and the stair stepper has had a part “on order” for 6+ months.

I love this gym, I have been going there for almost a year now and have had so many amazing experiences. I have a trainer who I love (Morgan) who has tailored the training to my needs and has pushed me in so many positive ways to where I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for her. She has made me confident inside and out and I am truly blessed for everything the gym has provided me! I am doing a competition this month and this gym has supported me in so many ways, truly recommend going if you live in the North Pole location!

It’s ok, you’re paying for a convience. It’s easily the best gym in Northpole. There’s also isn’t any others I know of. Most of if not all of the equipment is DRMO from either base gyms or other commercial. Even the lockers still have names on them. The dumbbells are rusted quite a bit with holes in them. The accuracy of the weights is nonexistent. It’s very cluttered and walking through machines is difficult. There’s random hardware against the walls, it’s the best gym made of things thrown away. I have no idea what gym dues goes toward. The front area is an absolute mess, there are barricades up to funnel all the incoming traffic into a narrow awkward 4 foot opening which is weird cause there’s rarely anyone working here. Like I said none an usable gym just probably needs a good experienced manager

To me, a gym is a gym. You pick things up, you put them down, the environment is what I pay attention to. I waited to do the review until after going here for a little while. The staff at R&N is hands down amazing! There is always someone mopping, wiping things down and there to greet you as you come in. Morgan is great, she will push and encourage you to go further than you think you are capable of. Everyone from staff to other gym members, make you feel so welcome. We have been away from gyms for years and I am so happy we picked this one to come back to. Sean trained our daughter who plays hockey and her endurance has superceded what we thought was possible Thank you all for being so welcoming, and just plain amazing at what you do. Would 10 out of 10 highly recommend this gym and any staff they have.

The layout flows really well with a decent amount of cardio machines and a proper stretching/body weight workout space. Love my gym! Open 24/7 365 - so any time you need a pump or to sweat, just swipe in. And their personal trainers are fantastic! I get to watch them pack muscle on and slim their clients, motivating them every workout. The machine selection is superb, and you can always find a way to work your muscles that won’t hurt a joint you’re working around.

In town for the holidays. Searched around for a gym near the house and found this place. Open 24/7. All the equipment you could need and they have both day passes and week passes for visitors. A great old school iron gym offering a variety of new age equipment for everyone. This gym is great for the die hard heavy lifters, or even just a casual walk on a treadmill. All around great environment and people to be around for any age. 24 hour access works great with my busy work schedule unlike other gyms I have been to. Heard about the gym and went and checked it out. Started my membership that day. Never any issues getting in and most mornings when I was there Ryan was there with a client.
