I recently started practicing Hot Yoga and loved it. I used to do yoga at home and was reluctant to go on a class, but I feel very comfortable at Studio. There’s a class for everyone, I would say this is more challenging than a regular class and maybe too much for a beginner. But if you want to see your practice evolve, this is a great place to do it. It’s easy to book the class, friendly staff and really great teachers. Worth giving it a try.

While the Sunday 9 AM hot yoga class was excellent, signing up for it was difficult. I had trouble with the app then also wanted to be able to reserve a space for our exchange student, but was unable to do so - even calling the main office didn't help.

Excellent facility and knowledgeable, challenging, friendly instructors. David, Cassie, Julie, and Erin are all positive and inspirational. I love these classes. Had the AK club not expanded their studio classes, I may have had to join elsewhere, but they did! The 6pm classes work with my schedule and their weekend offerings are great, too. So very satisfied with my membership!

Feb. 2020 had 29 days, and I attended more than 29 classes to get a free shirt. I noticed results. Then the pandemic hit, and I didn't do yoga for several months and missed it a great deal. The instructors are great--each one different--but I enjoy them all and their encouragement. The studio reopened gradually to keep our health in mind, and I was so glad to resume my practice. I've been attending steadily for 2 years now, and it has improved my life. I will continue to practice and look forward to attending classes for the duration.

They've completely revamped this Alaska Club gym. Despite the busy Jewel Lake corner location you'll find ample parking around the building, brand spanking new equipment (including a bank of small lockers to store your stuff), and a small hot yoga studio upstairs. I bravely took the limited "Beginner Vinyasa" class and promptly got my butt kicked by Lidja. I'll be back as I'm looking forward to taking their Yin classes.

Uncompetitive pricing. The "promotion" is a scam. Nothing against this location.. I live close by. Just rating all the clubs 1 star to make myself feel better for wasting the money and falling into their trap. READ THE FINE PRINT
