This place is a mix of old school and new stuff. There is some classes and a Wellness & Sound Therapy studio, but i think its by appoint . Its 24 hours and SUPER CLEAN. Im here for a few weeks and really happy this place is here.

Was looking for a gym to work out in while here on business. This gym has the best reviews in my opinion and I could not agree more. I was glad they offered day passes. The gym staff is amazing along with other members that come here. The gym was super clean and well maintained. I would recommend this gym to anyone visiting the area.

Great Gym - everything you need and nothing you don't. Squat racks, bench press, free weights, resistance machines, etc., for whatever muscle you're trying to train. Treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, stationary bikes for cardio. Punching bags, gloves, a wrestling mat. A yoga room with yoga mats, an inversion table, and sauna for wellness in addition to training. Showers, locker rooms. Open 24/7.

Perfect set up for any form of fitness that you're looking for. I'm training a coworker and it's a good environment for starters too. The Gym is set up inside what looks like an old house but they have everything necessary for your weightlifting needs throughout the 3 floors. Including the sauna and a womens locker room with everything you could ever need...towels, shampoo & conditioner, bodywash AND nice water pressure. Great location if you're working downtown and the owner, Steve, was flexible about pricing. Great business and environment, will enjoy lifting there from here on out.

Great selection, decent pricing, amiable atmosphere, no high pressure sales tactics and they're 24/7. Plus they never give my girlfriend a hard time for bringing her two young sons when logistics dictate that she do so. Easily my favorite gym in Juneau.

Coming from the lower 48s and comparing the prices, I was set back a bit. In the end I joined and looked past the pricing for my health. Later I did read that they will work a price with you if it is too high.
It is a great gym with tons of equipment. There is multiple areas where you can work out on your own, with free weights, or machines. The thing that was most surprising was how clean it was. There were always clean towels, the dirty towel baskets were never full, neither were the garbage bins. They offer wifi, there’s a water fountain, and the women’s locker room has a bunch of toiletries for use. Don’t forget about the sauna room! They are currently under construction on the second floor, can’t wait to see what the new addition to the gym will be.

Not a bad little gym. Was in town for the week on business and the owner hooked me up with a $25 one-week membership which is actually quite reasonable. Bikes, treadmills and weights...basic gym equipment, but entirely functional.

They have month to month plans unlike the JRC which charges you hundreds to quit early. The Gym has the Average Joe's type atmosphere. Go to the JRC if you want Globogym. Friendly staff.
