I wasn’t sure what to expect but my first class was incredible, thanks entirely to Marti. They are the perfect blend of fun, energy, and encouragement. Marti immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed, turning my beginner nerves into more of an exciting challenge. They created a fantastic, no-pressure environment to learn new skills.

I went to Movement Atrium with a friend and took their Flexibility Foundations class. The location was warm and welcoming. The scheduled teacher was out so we had Marti who was super supportive and great at giving different options if our bodies weren't quite there yet.

I definitely recommend taking a class there and am looking forward to my next one!

Attended the "Intro to Pole" class and genuinely loved it. It's a great minimalist space, Marti played terrific music, and the class was a beautiful balance of breathe work, yoga stretch, pole work, and I had a lot of fun. I'm definitely buying a pass so I can go a couple times a week.

First ever Pole class, took it solo, turned out I was the only one in the class so we custom tailored it to cover the basics, get me comfortable moving and warmed up. So sad I missed my latest class but I had a blast and I'm looking forward to my next.

Marti is a blast, she made me feel very comfortable in the studio space in general and moving my body, she's very knowledgeable and helpful.

Thanks again, love you guys and the studio space!

After a single class, I learned so much about the skill and my body in ways I could have never anticipated. Jaylah and Marti, the lovely people instructing there have my whole heart. If you’re at all hesitant, just go ahead and book a class or two—you won’t regret it!! The instructors and students are welcoming, encouraging, and so body positive. Fantastic energy all around. There’s tons of classes and levels to choose from—and they teach yoga, too!!
