I've been training at 10-0 boxing for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier. The coaches are amazing, especially Coach Lou. He's patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The gym is also incredibly clean and well-equipped, with plenty of bagwork and sparring areas. Plus, the atmosphere is just fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, making it a great place to train and meet new people. I especially love the classes, which have really helped me improve my fitness.
