Been coming to this gym regularly. Staff and other gym goers are both friendly. Not a terribly large gym but good balance of machines, freewights, and cardio equipment.

For the most part it's kept up. Not alot of room so they are lacking on variety. For the price they should at least offer towel service. Treadmills need to be replaced. Not too impressed.

I love this gym. It is truly my second home. It's clean, and the staff works hard to maintain it. I would recommend this gym to anyone :]

If I could give it a 0 I would. I really liked the old manager Larry but Joe (the new one) is just awful. Larry was very fun and approachable and very helpful and I feel as though Joe is going to run the place through the ground. It used to be such a positive vibe walking in to the gym but now everybody is so down and he's really putting the employees in a bad mood and its affecting their customer service, and it's a shame really because all the employees there are just fun and outgoing people and it's sad to see the entire vibe be negative. On top of that, half of the equipment breaks all the time, and Joe ALWAYS tries screwing people over on their memberships, I have several friends here complaining because Joe put them on a contract without telling them and you have to pay off your contract if you want to cancel! It's ridiculous. The womens' locker room shower drains are full of hair and it's disgusting. I used to love going here but the place and the environment is really being run down with Joe running it, just cancelled my membership today, you're better off going to the Gilbert location.

Most personnel are great, but men's locker room, shower room floors and shower stalls are filthy and unmaintained on a round-the-clock basis. This has been going on for the last six to nine months or so. Prior to that, the place was usually fairly clean. Must be trying to balance the budget by cutting down on cleaning expenses. If the goal is to sign up new members, prospects should not be offered the opportunity to tour the men's locker room and showering facilities.

Place is depressing and smelly, not worth the costs.

80% of the treadmills either stick or do not work right, and you have to keep trying one after another to find a normally operating one. How about fixing or replacing these piece of crap treadmills?

This musty gym is not one you find yourself in long term, the disgust will have you looking elsewhere. If you are weird and have low standards you may like this place.

I'm very impressed with this location so far. I recently went in looking for information about rates, and was very impressed right off the bat with a very engaging front desk agent. He got me set up with a staff member who gave me info on the rates, and she did so while on her break (I found that out later), and I think that's a good sign that they care about their job- which means they'll care about me. You can expect that ANY gym is going to try and "sell" you on their rates and get you to sign up. But when I told them I insisted on checking out some other gyms first they totally respected that and made sure I had all the info I would need from them to make a good decision. No slimey or annoying hard ball tactics to make me feel bad about price shopping. I SERIOUSLY respect that.

In any case, both the girl I worked with and the manager were top notch, and the front desk guy is great. After price shopping I believe this place has the best overall value (for what I'm looking for), and I just signed up today.

I'll come back and edit this review if anything goes wrong in the future, but they've made a great first impression on me and I'm excited to get lifting.

P.S. Some of the reviews on here made this place sound like it's dilapidated or something... so I was concerned about that going in. But after a tour I don't know what previous reviewers are talking about. Place looks clean and well kept to me.

Worst gym ever! There is always something broke. Water fountains out of service??? Not to mention all the tool bag jerks on steroids grunting as they lift. I bought a 2 year membership from costco . and I hate this gym so much I got a different membership at another gym.

My experience at my 24 Hour Fitness gym has been one of the best. Alex the manager knows how to take care of his customers. He has great customer service skills and is very attentive to your needs. He is very professional and that I really admire. Erika is currently my personal trainer and all I can say about her is that she is AWSOME! I love her positive attitude, she has the answers to all your questions. She is a great leader! She is very smart and motivated to help you reach your health goals. The gym is well organized and clean all the time. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. It's not only a regular hello. It's an actual real smile on their faces. The daycare staff is also very good with kids. My kids have a real good time at the daycare center and so far they want to go every day. I highly recommend this gym. It has been a great experience. :)

Very unhappy with this location. Cancelled a membership for my daughter about 10 months ago and they still charged me each month. After I noticed it, they did nothing to remedy this situation. I ended up cancelling my membership.

Amber, Why were you standing in backed up water?? why dont you wear pants and carry a towel??...

The gym cant wipe down a machine the second someone is done using it.. Thats why they provide the spray bottles. The problem is that 95% of human beings are lazy and too disgusting to clean up after themselves.
